Bevor es überhaupt los ging sollte ich im Vorfeld einen Fragebogen ausfüllen, damit er sich gut vorbereiten konnte. Nach der ersten Sitzung wurde ich nach ein paar Tagen von ihm angerufen ob's mir gut geht, ob's wo hackt,....damit er in der nächsten Sitzung noch alles mit einbauen könne wo's noch Probleme gibt. Finde ich spitze das er von sich aus nachfragt und sich erkundigt. Man kann sich in der Umgebung auch prima fallen lassen und bei seiner angenehmen Stimme und ruhiger Musik super entspannen. Er erklärt den Ablauf sodass man auch versteht was da gemacht wird und führt einen ruhig und gelassen durch die Hypnose. Man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl, da fährt man gerne ein paar km mehr. ? Ich habe mich an Christoph gewendet und er hat mich durch Hypnose auf die nächsten Wettkämpfe vorbereitet. Anfangs eher skeptisch, merkte ich jedoch schnell wie der Kopf wieder freier wurde und die Trainingseinheiten wieder härter sein durften. Die Hypnose fand in angenehmer Atmosphäre statt. Christoph bereitet sich sehr gewissenhaft auf mein Anliegen vor. Sehr zu empfehlen! As a long-distance runner you often reach your limits. Er hat sich ausgiebig Zeit für mein Problem genommen und mir die Vorgangsweise gut und verständlich erklärt. Zur Vorbereitung gab es ein telefonisches Gespräch sowie einen Fragebogen, den ich schriftlich beantwortete. Mit meinen Informationen konnte sich so Herr Schmid ganz genau auf mein Problem einstellen und entsprechende Lösungsansätze suchen. Die Hypnosesitzungen selbst fand ich sehr angenehm, ich habe mich sehr wohl dabei gefühlt. Seine Stimme und die Anleitungen fand ich sehr beruhigend. Da ich nach meinen Sitzungen Übungen und Denkanstöße für zu Hause mitbekommen habe, gab es auch nochmals eine telefonische Nachbetreuung, was mir ein gutes Gefühl gab. Durch Deine Art und Deine persönliche Ausstrahlung war es für mich einfach, mich auf dieses Experiment einzulassen. Hypnose war für mich vorher nicht vorstellbar.
