Called, get the desired date, get very nice advice and get the desired vaccinations immediately. The single star ratings are puzzling to me.

Es war innerhalb von 60 Minuten nicht möglich dort durchzukommen und jemandem ans Telefon zu bekommen der Auskunft geben kann. Dafür habe ich sicherlich mit jeder der Hotlinedamen telefoniert, mit ein paar weiteren Nebenstellen mit denen ich verbunden würde und der letzte der mich abgeblockt hat war der Laborarzt, keine Ahnung warum man mich mit dem verbunden hat... This hotline is awesome, according to the tape, telephone information is only available on Thursdays and Fridays from 12-13pm. It was not possible to get through there within 60 minutes and get someone on the phone who could provide information. I certainly phoned each of the hotline ladies for this, with a few other extensions to which I would be connected and the last one who blocked me was the laboratory doctor, no idea why I was connected to that ...
N	Natalie Bauernhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor 3 Wochen telefonisch einen Befund angefordert. Die Dame am Telefon wollte mir diesen gleich per Post zuschicken. 2 Wochen später noch nichts da. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, sie dürfen Befunde sowieso nicht auf telefonische Anfrage zusenden (umsonst 2 Wochen gewartet), ich solle ein Mail schreiben. Das habe ich getan. Heute- 8 Tage später- noch immer kein Befund da und telefonisch niemand erreichbar, da das Band eingeschaltet ist, auf welchem es aber heißt, dass sie von Mo bis Fr von 8-12 Uhr telefonisch erreichbar sind.... ? Unglaublich!! I requested a report by phone 3 weeks ago. The lady on the phone wanted to send it to me by post. 2 weeks later nothing there. When asked, it was said that you are not allowed to send results on telephone request anyway (waited 2 weeks for free), I should write an email. I did this. Today - 8 days later - there are still no results and no one can be reached by phone because the tape is switched on, but on which it says that you can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. ... ? Unbelievable!
