★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meiner meinung nach ganz miese kundenberatung und service . war gestern im geschäft in salzburg mit einem gebrauchten hut um zu fragen, ob man diesen etwas weiter machen könne. die chefin warf nicht mal einen genauen blick darauf, hat gleich mal gesagt, es sei nicht möglich und ignorierte mich dann mehr oder minder...wundert mich ernsthaft, dass es diesen laden schon so lange gibt!
in my opinion, very lousy customer advice and service. was yesterday in the shop in salzburg with a used hat to ask if one could continue to make it. the boss didn't even take a close look at it, said right away that it wasn't possible and then ignored me more or less ... I am seriously surprised that this shop has been around for so long!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Beratung, man braucht gar nichts zu sagen und die Chefin bringt einem den perfekten Hut für die eigenen Kopfform. Die Qualität ist auch sehr gut und es ist schön solche alterwürdigen Familienbetrie in der Nähe zu haben die ihr Handwerk perfekt verstehen. Immer wieder die richtige Adresse wenn man einen Hut braucht oder ein tolles Geschenk.
Great advice, you do not need to say anything and the boss brings you the perfect hat for your own head shape. The quality is also very good and it is nice to have such decent family businesses nearby who understand their craft perfectly. Always the right address if you need a hat or a great gift.
