Der Maximalertrag bei gelingen wäre nach deren Angaben max. 37 dkg das wäre ein Kilopreis von ca. € 60,00 ganz schön. Except mold in all colors was nothing, on complaint there was no answer. The maximum yield would succeed according to their specifications max. 37 dkg that would be a kilo price of about € 60,00 quite nice.

Geheimtipp ?? das nenne ich einmal ein Produkt der besonderen Art denn auf altem Kaffeesatz Pilze zu züchten finde ich absolut ungewöhnlich und es funktioniert die Produkte die die Firma liefert sind sehr sehr gut schmecken hervorragend und ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen. Ein junges und angagiertes Team das wirklich ein upcycling betreibt. Yummy echt lecker die Schwammerl. ?? Insider Tip ?? That's what I call a product of a special kind because on old coffee grounds mushrooms to grow I find absolutely unusual and it works the products that the company delivers are very very good taste excellent and I would buy them anytime again. A young and committed team that really does an upcycling. Yummy really tasty the mushroom.

Hab mich nach meiner Bestellung anfangs geärgert, weil es Lieferprobleme (Post war offenbar schuld) gab. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde aber prompt reagiert und mir die Bestellung inklusive Goodies & handgeschriebener (!) Karte zugeschickt. Danke für dieses tolle Service! Hoffentlich werden meine Schwammerln etwas. Austrian start-up company that puts its heart and soul into it. At first I was annoyed after my order because there were delivery problems (it was obviously the post). My request was promptly responded to and the order including goodies & handwritten (!) Card was sent to me. Thanks for this great service! Hopefully my mushrooms will be something.

Ebenfalls gibt es nen Pilzaufstrich, -pesto und -sugo. Great idea to grow the mushrooms in the basement, here you can get fresh mushrooms or maybe even get a guided tour. The mushrooms are very tasty and fresh. There is also a mushroom spread, pesto and suction.
