★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar! um 9:30 haben wir heute einenTermin gehabt, die Frau meinte 2 Std dauert es, wir kommen zurück und sie haben nicht einmal angefangen gehabt! Grund: der Hund der davor dran war hatte Durchfall und sie mussten sich um den anderen Hund kümmern, zu zweit! Sie haben in der Zwischenzeit unseren Hund in den Käfig gesperrt! Die Frau meinte er war nur 30 Minuten im Käfig aber glaube das ist gelogen. Als wir den Käfig aufgemacht haben war er auch extrem ängstlich und verschreckt, auch vor uns obwohl er das nie ist!! Ich weiß nicht was die da mit ihm gemacht haben. Ich rate jedem ab vor diesem Salon. Falls meine Nachricht gelöscht wird, werde ich sie einfach wieder schreiben. Sehr unprofessionell!!
 Awful! At 9:30 we had an appointment today, the woman said it would take 2 hours, we'll come back and they haven't even started! Reason: the dog that was before had diarrhea and they had to take care of the other dog, in pairs! In the meantime you have locked our dog in the cage! The woman said he was only in the cage for 30 minutes but think that's a lie. When we opened the cage he was also extremely scared and frightened, even of us, although he never is !! I don't know what they did to him there. I advise everyone against this salon. If my message is deleted, I'll just retype it. Very unprofessional !!
