Ausnahmen werden keine gemacht stattdessen wird man einfach rausgeschmissen ohne den Hund auch nur anleinen zu dürfen. Dies erfolgte auch nicht in einem höflichen Ton sondern auf die unhöflichste Art überhaupt. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dogs may only be cut without escort, even if the dog is scared. Exceptions are not made instead one is simply thrown out without even letting the dog alone. This was not done in a polite tone but in the most rude manner of all. I have never experienced anything like it.

Selbst als ich meine verspätung zum termin ankündigte war es kein problem später zu erscheinen. Wir wurden freundlich in empfang genommen und wärend der Behandlung wurde mir zusätzlich erklärt, wie man es am besten selbst auch machen kann und welche Behandlungsmethoden im salon angewendet werden. Ich war vollkommenst zufrieden und werde bestimmt weiterhin meine kleine in ihre hände geben ?? I was with her for the first time today. Even on the phone, when I asked for an appointment, I felt that I was in good hands with her. Even when I announced that I was going to be late, it wasn't a problem to show up later. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and during the treatment I was also told how best to do it yourself and which treatment methods are used in the salon. I was completely satisfied and will definitely continue to give my little one in your hands ??

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Arbeit, sie geht auf meine Wünsche ein und nimmt sich, wenn mal nötig, die Zeit um Änderungen vorzunehmen. Mein Hund (Maltese) fühlt wohl und ich kann ihn mit gutem Gewissen dort lassen. Kann ich also nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für deinen tollen Einsatz und Umgang mit den Tieren. I've been a loyal customer for over a year. I am very satisfied with her work, she responds to my wishes and, if necessary, takes the time to make changes. Sie macht das mit absoluter Liebe zum hund und so schön geschnitten kein milimeter wo übrig ist und selbst das Gesicht absulut schön. Ich wurde Freundlich behandelt und verstehe auch das man nicht beim Hund bleiben soll. Es ist amerikanisch gehalten. Das man denn hund angibt und 2-3Sth. Später holen kann sie ruft auch an. Hatte keine sek. Lang angst. Bin mehr alls begeistert. Technisch top ausgestattet und austattung top. Ich habe 70€ bezahlt und da wahr dabei wasche,schneiden, nägel schneiden und ohren gereinigt. Lage etwas schwer zu finden aber mit navi top. Beschilderung sollte man etwas besser gestalten vllt etwas dunkler und sein schild an der straße aber ist kein manko. Ich sag nur noch top und komme gern wieder. I'm absolutely thrilled and I rarely am.
