It was okay, just forgot to cut 2 toes, I'll say it in the right place in the shop because the dog came to them for the claws.

Nach vorheriger tel. Absprache mit "Wuffiland" wurden € 49,-- vereinbart.
Bei Abholung ca. 1 Stunde nach Übergabe meines Hündchens wurden € 77,-- gefordert, abzüglich 10%.
Ich hatte reklamiert, aber man ging erst gar nicht darauf ein und beharrte auf der Bezahlung von € 69,--. .. .
Stunden später wurde ich angerufen, und ich habe nochmals reklamiert.
Ergebnis: es wird vorgemerkt.....in Zukunft kostet es 49,-- wie vereinbart.
Von wegen Gutschrift, oder € 20.-- retour, so wie sich das im Geschäftsleben gehört, keine Spur. Ich fühle mich abgezockt.
Ich spreche sicher keine Empfehlung aus.
Regardless of where I have visited a dog hairdresser with my little Münsterland dog, the tariff for one and the same service was € 30.- ..
After prior tel. In consultation with "Wuffiland", € 49.00 was agreed.
When picking up about 1 hour after handing over my dog, € 77.00 was charged, minus 10%.
I had made a complaint, but they didn't even respond and insisted on paying € 69. ...
Hours later I got a call and made another complaint.
Result: it is reserved ..... in future it will cost 49, - as agreed.
No trace of credit or € 20 return, as it should be in business life. I feel ripped off.
I am certainly not making a recommendation.
