Das Hundezimmer wirkt kalt und ich habe nicht das Gefühl dass der Hund hier gut versorgt ist. The boss extremely uncomfortable. Command tone, unfriendly, even loveless with my dog. Except for cheap, no reason to bring your dog there. The dog room seems cold and I don't have the feeling that the dog is well looked after here.

Von den abnormal und absolut ungerechtfertigt hohen Preisen - will ich gar nicht erst anfangen... Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist milde ausgedrückt - ein schlechter Scherz !!! Bei aller aufzubringender Liebe - nicht zum weiter empfehlen !! Die ersten Male ging es nur mit bellen und Nervosität, aber dank der Geduld und Freundlichkeit des Betreibers kommt Yago inzwischen gerne hier her. Sollte er abends der Letzte sein, wird er einfach mit ins Haus genommen, damit er nicht alleine ist. Spontane Vereinbarung ist auch gar kein Problem - ich weiß oft erst einen Tag vorher, dass ich Betreuung brauche... Hier weiß ich, dass mein Hund sehr gut betreut ist! 100% Empfehlung My dog Yago - scared dog - was welcomed in a friendly and patient manner. The first few times it was only barking and nervous, but thanks to the patience and friendliness of the operator, Yago now likes to come here. If he is the last one in the evening, he is simply taken into the house so that he is not alone. Spontaneous agreements are also not a problem - I often only know one day in advance that I need support ... Here I know that my dog is very well looked after! 100% recommendation
K	Karin Winkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekannte von mir sahen sich aufgrund einer Geschäftsreise letzten April gezwungen, Ihren süßen Shih Tzu in eine Hundepension zu geben. Die Wahl fiel auf "Hunde am Teich". Nach dem vereinbarten Probetag war noch alles gut. Das böse Erwachen kam allerdings bei der Abholung. Nicht nur, dass der Hund ziemlich verwahrlost war (wie Kotreste im Fell), war auch ein Auge schwer verletzt. Statt einen Tierarzt heranzuziehen, hat der Besitzer nach eigenen Angaben das Auge mit in Tee getränkten Wattebäuschchen behandelt. Das Ergebnis war, dass meine Bekannten mit ihrem erst 1-jährigen Liebling in die Tierklinik in Wien gefahren sind, um dort zu erfahren, dass das Auge zur Gänze entfernt werden muss. Leider ist es nicht möglich, KEINEN Stern zu vergeben, deshalb der eine, der aber in keiner Weise verdient ist. Friends of mine were forced to put their sweet Shih Tzu into a kennel due to a business trip last April. The choice fell on "Dogs at the pond". After the agreed trial day everything was fine. However, the rude awakening came when we picked it up. Not only was the dog pretty neglected (like bits of feces in its fur), but one of its eyes was badly injured. Instead of calling in a vet, the owner says he treated the eye with cotton balls soaked in tea. The result was that my friends took their only 1-year-old darling to the veterinary clinic in Vienna to find out that the eye had to be completely removed. Unfortunately, it's not possible to give ZERO stars, hence the one, but it's not deserved in any way.
