Si vous décidez de manger à l'intérieur, vous devrez patienter, le service n'est pas des plus aimables, état des sanitaires moyen. Je ne recommande pas. Nice location, but the places around the outdoor bar are invaded by smoke from the grill. If you decide to eat inside, you will have to wait, the service is not the friendliest, the state of the sanitary facilities is average. I do not recommend.
J	Jasper Kloppenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De slechtste tent van het hele ski gebied. De ober (Teddy) maakte alleen maar ruzie met ons, andere klanten en het eigen personeel! Daarnaast stond de muziek op standje nachtclub tijdens de lunch. We konden geen eten van de grill bestellen want dat zou 1,5 uur duren. De rest van de kaart zou binnen 10 minuten geserveerd worden. Echter hebben wij voor gerechten niet van de gril langer dan een uur moeten wachten… Geen enkele excuses gehad hiervoor. Ik raad jullie aan om hier niet heen te gaan! Zijn zat andere leuke tenten en die buiten bbq (gril) is dus alleen maar een klanten trekker! The worst tent of the whole ski area. The waiter (Teddy) was just arguing with us, other customers and the own staff! In addition, the music was on nightclub position during lunch. We couldn't order food from the grill because it would take 1.5 hours. The rest of the card would be served within 10 minutes. However, we did not have to wait longer than an hour for dishes from the grill… No apologies for this. I advise you not to go here! There are plenty of other nice tents and that outside bbq (grill) is therefore only a customer puller!

Slechtste tent op de piste in heel serfaus-fiss-ladis. Waited an hour for food, consisting of toasted sandwiches and sandwiches. Extremely unfriendly service that even argued with customers and each other. Worst tent on the slopes in all of serfaus-fiss-ladis.
P	Philipp Haas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider haben wir 1 1/2 Stunden nach der Bestellung unsere Hüftsteaks aufgegeben und ohne Essen bezahlt. Die Suppen kamen, den bestellten Salat leider auch erst nach einer Stunde. Sonst eine schöne Hütte und die Hamburger und das Fleisch sieht zumindest lecker aus. Update: Wir waren immer am gleichen Tisch und haben den Kellner auch zweimal gefragt wann wir damit rechnen können. Natürlich haben wir Verständnis, wenn es länger geht. Aber nach 1,5h wollten wir dann doch weiter Skifahren. Jedenfalls hatten wir in den letzten 10 Jahren in Serfaus keine solche Wartezeit in anderen Wirtschaften ?. Unfortunately we gave up our rump steaks 1 1/2 hours after ordering and paid without eating. The soups came, unfortunately the ordered salad only after an hour. Otherwise a nice hut and the hamburgers and the meat at least look delicious. Update: We were always at the same table and asked the waiter twice when we could expect it. Of course we understand if it takes longer. But after 1.5 hours we wanted to continue skiing. In any case, in the last 10 years in Serfaus we have not had such a waiting time in other inns ?.
