Super quiet place ... ideal for horse lovers and skiing.Huberhof lies at the same time near the main road.If the snow chains mark is up the road ... the road is perfectly maintained (like everything here in the neighborhood). .

V zime keď napadne viac snehu tak by na chatu mohol byť ťažší prístup autom bez reťazí alebo 4x4. Cottage near ski resorts and at the same time in a quiet secluded environment. Pets also have pets, but accommodation will not be affected. In winter, when more snow falls, it could be more difficult to access the cottage by car without chains or 4x4.
J	Jacky Ramlow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Etwas abseits gelegen aber mit dem großen Vorteil, daß der Skibus 200 m entfernt, hält und direkt nach Schladmingen fährt. Skikeller und Tischtennisplatte ausreichend vorhanden. Appartements sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Schöner Blick und viel Balkon. Zur Sauna kann man sich in eine Liste eintragen. Ganz praktisch. Es wird gerade viel gebaut, da im Sommer Pferdeurlaub angeboten wird. Ein netter kleiner Familienbetrieb. Somewhat out of the way but with the great advantage that the ski bus stops 200 m away and goes directly to Schladmingen. Sufficient ski cellar and table tennis available. Apartments are up to date. Nice view and lots of balconies. You can enter yourself in a list for the sauna. Very practical. There is currently a lot of construction going on, as horse holidays are offered in summer. A nice little family business.

Auch die Steckdosen sind etwas fragwürdig von der Platzierung. Zum Beispiel direkt im Schwungbereich einer Türe oder direkt am Kopf im Bett. Die Lage spricht für sich selbst ? Des weiteren sollte man erwähnen, dass man die Hochspannungsleitung deutlich hören kann wenn man auf dem Balkon ist oder raus geht. In der Wohnung hat man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts gehört. (Da können die Eigentümer nichts dafür, aber es ist halt ein gut hörbares Stromknistern da) Simple but solid. The kitchen was well equipped and attractive. The second bed and the couch in the living room should be replaced. The sockets are also a bit questionable from the placement. For example, directly in the swing area of a door or directly on the head in bed. The location speaks for itself ? It should also be mentioned that you can clearly hear the high-voltage line when you are on the balcony or when you go out. You couldn't hear anything in the apartment with the window closed.
