★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das kann kein Zufall sein!!! Auch ich hatte diese Erfahrung mit dieser Firma, musste mich auch von einer Dame am Telefon anschreien lassen. Absolute Frechheit!!! Zur heutigen Zeit finde ich das sehr mutig von einem Unternehmen in dieser Branche, da ich mir vorstellen kann, dass jeder Kunde wichtig sein muss, um am Ende des Tages ein finanzielles Ergebnis abzuliefern. Schade......

At the present time, I find this very brave from a company in this industry, because I can imagine that every customer has to be important in order to deliver a financial result at the end of the day. A pity......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG BEI DIESER FIRMA! Nach einem mündlichen Preisangebot hat eine Rechnung in doppelter Höhe gefolgt. Es hat sich im Nachhinein auch herausgestellt, dass die Qualität weit weg von zufriedenstellend ist, da nach ein paar Wochen das selbe Problem aufgetreten ist, diese Firma jedoch keine Stellung dazu bezieht. Kann mir persönlich keine schlechtere Dienstleitung vorstellen, zum Glück hat man die Möglichkeit, einen meiner Meinung nach verlässlicheren Dienstleister zu wählen.
ATTENTION AT THIS COMPANY! After an oral price offer, a double amount followed. In retrospect, it turned out that the quality is far from satisfactory, since after a few weeks the same problem arose, but this company does not take a position on it. Can't imagine a worse service personally, luckily you have the option to choose a service provider that I think is more reliable.

Servicetechniker war pünktlich, freundlich, äußerst kompetent und wusste genau was zu tun ist.
Preis & Leistung TOP, gerne wieder :-)
My heating failed and the friendly lady on the phone immediately made an appointment.
Service technician was punctual, friendly, extremely competent and knew exactly what to do.
Price & performance TOP, gladly again :-)

Wir sind schon über 2 Jahrzehnte Kunden der Firma Zoff und hatten nie "zoff" - im Gegenteil- die Dame am Telefon ist stets überaus freundlich und bemüht. Der heiztechnische Dienst funktioniert einwandfrei. Ja, es ist nicht billig, aber Qualität hat halt seinen Preis!
I'm surprised at the negative reviews. We have been customers of the Zoff company for over 2 decades and have never had "zoff" - on the contrary - the lady on the phone is always extremely friendly and hard-working. The heating service works perfectly. Yes, it's not cheap, but quality has its price!
