Man fühlt sich wie in einer privaten Praxis, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Got an appointment within a week. The staff is very friendly and explains all the steps that are taken. You feel like you are in a private practice, I can only recommend it.

Man kann wirklich nur hoffen, dass Hr. Dr. Walcher noch lange ordiniert. Can only share the general opinion. You can hardly find such doctors today. Dr. Walcher ist sehr, sehr nett und menschlich und einfühlsam und sehr, sehr kompetent, wenn er nicht weiterweiß, überweist er einen weiter. Solche Ärzte könnte Wien mehr gebrauchen! Und er nimmt einen ernst, was ich bei einigen seiner Kollegen nicht vorgefunden habe. The ordination aid is nice, speaks German exceptionally. Dr. Walcher is very, very nice and human and sensitive and very, very competent, if he doesn't know what to do, he will refer you further. Such doctors could use Vienna more! And he takes you seriously, which I didn't find with some of his colleagues.

Man hat das Gefühl als würde man in eine Privatpraxis kommen, da man sich ausgezeichnet um das Wohlbefinden der Patienten kümmert und es zu keine Wartezeiten kommt. Solche Einrichtungen sollte es auf jeden Fall mehr geben. Very, very nice, loving and uncomplicated team. I got an appointment within a week. You have the feeling that you are coming into a private practice because you take excellent care of the well-being of the patients and there are no waiting times. In any case, there should be more such facilities.
S	Samet Doganay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofort eine andere Ordination suchen!!! 6 Wochen um die Befunde zu schicken besser kann’s nicht gehen, einmal angerufen und danach gefragt bekomme die Antwort „Wir schicken die Befunde innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen“ eine Woche später ruft man noch einmal an, die selbe Antwort „Wir schicken die Befunde innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen“. Dann bekommt man die Information, dass man sagen muss, dass man die Befunde haben möchte, ansonsten bekommt man es nicht. So eine Ausrede habe ich auch noch nie gehört. Dann fragt die Sekretärin, wozu man die Befunde benötigt, einfach sooo weil mir fad ist. Ich zahle einfach so 250€ für nichts. Über die Sekretärin müssen wir nicht reden eine sehr unsympathische und freche Frau. FALLS SIE WIRKLICH PROBLEME HABEN UND DIE SACHE SCHNELL GEHEN MUSS DANN SUCHEN SIE SICH EINE ANDERE ORDINATION, WEIL SICH DIE HERRSCHAFTEN SEHR VIEL ZEIT LASSEN. Look for another ordination immediately! 6 weeks to send the findings it couldn't be better, I called once and asked for the answer “We'll send the findings within 1-2 days”. One week later you call again, the same answer “We'll send the findings within from 1-2 days ". Then you get the information that you have to say that you want the findings, otherwise you won't get it. I've never heard such an excuse. Then the secretary asks why the findings are needed, just soooo because I feel bored. I just pay € 250 for nothing. We don't have to talk about the secretary, a very unsympathetic and naughty woman. IF YOU REALLY HAVE PROBLEMS AND IT HAS TO BE FAST, LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT ORDINATION, BECAUSE THE RULES TAKE A LOT OF TIME.
