The best part of our stay was the the owner and host mr Jens , we enjoyed his company and the ride around his hotel and the secret roads which we promise to keep a secret. Great place for skiers or for a bunch of international motor heads like us.

J	Jacky Cobian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend had an amazing week in Zhero Hotel in Kappl some time ago, it has a very unique flair, as it transmit a very cozy and calm ambience with its candles and fireplace. We where also Amazed about the excellent service ,beginning At breakfast and finishing at dinner. The fact that the hotel itself provides skiing equipment is also a large plus as you don't have to worry about anything else than enjoying. All in all we are looking forward to visit again this upcoming season !!

We complained about the high temperature in the room and broken air conditioner and the only solution they found was to open a window . They also refused to move us to another room. Food at the restaurant was fine but they constantly mix or forget our orders and the waiting time (especially for drinks) was way too long. Personal is struggling to explain and take care of simple things ( on top of that it takes ridiculous amount of time) . This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay there! Helpful and friendly staff that was there for us at any time. We enjoyed excellent food in the restaurant, drinks in the cozy bar and relaxation in the amazing pool of the spa!!!
