D	Damien Mathieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les photos présentes sur google où booking ne sont pas réellement représentatives de la qualité de l'hôtel elles sont largement embellies avec fleurs, bougies, tapis et jeu de lumiere pour premier point. L'hôtel est cependant propre mais certaines parties vieillissantes ne sont pas en adéquation avec le tarif. Le petit déjeuner ce compose de produits de mauvaise qualités, les adeptes du petit déjeuner à l'allemande ne s'y retrouverons pas, adieux saussices, salade de fruits et autres produits frais, de même que si vous souhaitez un chocolat chaud il faudra le réclamer, le personnel n'étant pas ici pour parfaire votre séjour mais juste faire ses heures. Le repas du soir est bon pour ce qui est du plat principal mais le reste est au même niveau que le petit déjeuner avec des produits discount, oubliez le plateau fromage et pour le buffet des desserts un choix unique s'offrira à vous . Séjour agréable mais gâché pour ce qui est de la nourriture et de la qualité de service à la quelle on s'attend en Autriche. The photos on google where booking are not really representative of the quality of the hotel they are largely embellished with flowers, candles, carpets and play of light for first point. The hotel is however clean but some aging parts are not in line with the rate. The breakfast consists of poor quality products, fans of German breakfast will not meet, farewell saussices, fruit salad and other fresh products, just as if you want a hot chocolate it will take Claim, the staff are not here to perfect your stay but just make your hours. The evening meal is good for the main course but the rest is at the same level as the breakfast with discount products, forget the cheese platter and for the dessert buffet a unique choice will be offered to you. A pleasant but ruined stay in terms of food and the quality of service you expect in Austria.
B	Brandolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen an der Skibushaltestelle. Der Bus braucht Fünf Minuten bis zum Salober Lift. Nach Mellau oder Schoppenau sind es etwa 30 Minuten. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir die in vielen Rezessionen angesprochenen Punkte nicht bestätigen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren gepflegt und sauber, der Pool und Sauna Bereich gut vorgewärmt. Das Essen war auch an Tagen mit wenigen Gästen super und abwechslungsreich. Sehr nettes Personal. A very nice holiday! The hotel is perfectly located at the ski bus stop. The bus takes five minutes to the Salober lift. It is about 30 minutes to Mellau or Schoppenau. During our stay, we could not confirm the points raised in many recessions. The hotel and rooms were well kept and clean, the pool and sauna area well preheated. The food was also on days with few guests great and varied. Very nice staff.
A	Auf Schalten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel ist eine reine Bruchbude an allen Ecken und Kanten zerfällt es. Dreckig in allem Ecken. Dieses Hotel ist kein Österreichisches Hotel, das haben Leute aus Berlin bzw. Deutschland ist ja okay. Wenn du teuer Urlaub machen willst und wo alles nur zum Kotzen ist bist genau richtig dort. The hotel is a mere shack at all corners and edges it disintegrates. Dirty in all corners. This hotel is not an Austrian hotel, people from Berlin and Germany have it okay. If you want to go on an expensive vacation and where everything sucks you are in the right place.

Um 9:00 Uhr morgens das Frühstücksbuffet leer, jeden Tag das gleiche, selbst bei der Wurst keine Abwechslung. Das Personal sicher nicht vom Fach da der Blick für das Wesentliche fehlt. Das Abendessen ok aber oft geht das Essen aus. Denke der Koch hat eher keine Ahnung über Mengen und so. Alles in allem macht der neue Besitzer nicht den Eindruck das er vom Hotelbetrieb was versteht. Kann nur besser werden. After being taken over by a new owner, the service probably suffers. At 9:00 in the morning the breakfast buffet was empty, every day the same, even with the sausage no change. The staff certainly not from the subject because the view for the essentials is missing. The dinner ok but often the food goes out. Think the chef has rather no idea about quantities and stuff. All in all, the new owner does not give the impression that he understands what the hotel is doing. Can only get better.

M	Miguel Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay , i was a worker on widderstein so i have a coment and some things to say to the people who work and come there , i worked for 2 moths and half , on the first month i did 300 and more hours and they only paid me days no extra hours no nothing i tried to contact them but they refused and block me nearly every social media and staf .. i would like to inform people who is trying to work there listen to me dont go they can still your hours and your money ... thanks for listening and have a good nigth ps: i will get my money back just hold on.

Most comfortable beds and rooms, large private balcony with breathtaking mountain view, and a spa straight out of a 5+ resort included for free. Wonderful staff and be sure to catch the included breakfast buffet with expensive cheeses eggs fresh fruits and home made yogurt.

It is a nice hotel and you can see that in the past someone really invested a lot of money into the place - expensive and good training devices in the fitness room, a nice reading room, a huge playroom for children etc. But somehow it feels like this happened a couple of years ago and since then nothing has been done and some things slowly fell into disrepair. Some foreign cups mixed into the standard cups at breakfast, lovely prepared buffets for dinner reinforce this feeling. It's not bad, but it feels unprofessional at some points.
