M	Maxx Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben nach einer Skitour maßgeblich wegen der Sauna dort übernachtet. Leider sind die Öffnungszeiten des Spas nicht Skifahrer-freundlich (14-19 Uhr), so dass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten. Das kann passieren, wir hätten schließlich vor der Buchung fragen können, allerdings reagierte die Chefin des Hotels recht unfreundlich und wollte uns in die nächst gelegene Therme schicken. Ich hätte mir hier eine sinnvolle Alternative oder zumindest ein gratis Getränk an der Bar gewünscht Zudem liegt das Hotel direkt an der Piste und die Schneekanonen liefen die ganze Nacht durchgängig, was leider trotz geschlossener Fenster gut zu hören war. Das Restaurant war übrigens solide, auch wenn es nur bis 20.30 warme Küche hat, was wiederum mit dem Besuch der lokalen Therme in Einklang zu bringen ist ;) Stayed there after a ski tour mainly because of the sauna. Unfortunately, the opening times of the spa are not skier-friendly (2 pm-7pm) so we could not use them. That can happen, we could have asked before booking, but the manager of the hotel reacted quite unfriendly and wanted to send us to the nearest thermal bath. I would have liked a sensible alternative or at least a free drink at the bar In addition, the hotel is right on the slopes and the snow cannons were running all night, which unfortunately could be heard well despite the windows being closed. By the way, the restaurant was solid, even if it only has hot meals until 8.30 p.m., which in turn can be reconciled with a visit to the local thermal bath;)
H	Heidi Uhlmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr zuvorkommende Besitzer und Mitarbeiter. Wir konnten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbringen. Saunabereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zimmer sind mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant Voglbichl sowie grosses Frühstücksbuffet +3 Gänge Menü am Abend. Ich würde Sofort nochmal hin :-) Beautiful hotel, very accommodating owners and staff. We could spend a very nice holiday there. Sauna area invites you to relax. Rooms are furnished with love. Very good food in the Voglbichl restaurant and a large breakfast buffet + 3-course menu in the evening. I would go there again in a heartbeat :-)
O	Ohtar0815 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel punktet im Winter natürlich ganz klar mit der Lage direkt an der Piste und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Spieljochbahn. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Was mir allerdings nicht so gefallen hat, ist der für das relativ große Hotel etwas zu klein geratene Wellnessbereich. Dass dieser nur von 14 bis 19 Uhr nutzbar ist, ist auch nicht sehr vorteilhaft. Dadurch ist es teilweise sehr voll. Bei meinem Aufenthalt hatte ich Halbpension. Und obwohl es nur zwei bis drei Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl gab, hat es teilweise über eine Stunde gedauert bis das Essen kam. Auch wenn das Hotel einen gewissen gemütlichen Charme hat, hätte ich mir für 120 Euro die Nacht irgendwie etwas mehr erwartet. The hotel clearly scores in winter with its location directly on the piste and in the immediate vicinity of the Spieljochbahn. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. What I didn't like so much, however, is the wellness area, which is a bit too small for the relatively large hotel. The fact that this can only be used from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. is also not very advantageous. As a result, it is sometimes very crowded. During my stay I had half board. And although there were only two or three main dishes to choose from, it sometimes took over an hour for the food to come. Even if the hotel has a certain cozy charm, I would have expected something more for 120 euros a night.

And the food is top notch.. 4 stars for Chef and the staff.. While there is an indoor pool, I haven't used it. No AC though.. It can hot in August (about 30+33°C)

Rooms are reasonably spacious and beds are ok (nothing new or over-comfortable, but very reasonable in every aspect). Both the wellness / spa area and the bar / restaurant are newly refurbished and are fabulous! The location is excellent, no need for a car if you are into skiing, while there are enough car parking spaces to safely store your vehicle. Very much recommended!
