Das Essen ist immer superlecker, das Personal superfreundlich und die Hotelfamilie ist sehr herzlich und offen für alle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse! Was will man mehr! Für uns ist das jedes Jahr DIE Unterkunft für einen perfekten Winterurlaub! Dankeschön ?? We have been coming to this hotel with our extended family for over 10 years and feel almost at home! The food is always delicious, the staff super friendly and the hotel family is very warm and open to all wishes and needs! What more do you want! For us this is THE accommodation for a perfect winter holiday every year! Thank you ??

Ide mindenkepp visszaterunk! ;) Nice, cheerful and helpful staff, and dinner is the most delicious (God puts the cook)! : D The hotel is in a good location, close to everything (bank, Spar, Golmer Bahn). We're always coming back here! ;)
l	lea Hipfel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war dieses Jahr wieder im Skiurlaub mit der Familie hier... Das Hotel wird im Moment modernisiert und dennoch bleibt Alpenflair erhalten. Die jungen Besitzer sind sehr motiviert und super nett. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und auf Nachfrage werden auch die Extrawünsche der Gäste ermöglicht. Wlan funktioniert in den meisten Zimmern gut und der Wellnessbereich ist zwar nicht riesig, aber ausreichend und immer sauber. :) In diesem Hotel werden auch die kleinen Gäste mit viel Verständnis empfangen und kommen auf ihre Kosten. Hier kommen wir gerne nochmal her. I was here on a skiing holiday with the family again this year ... The hotel is currently being modernized and yet alpine flair remains. The young owners are very motivated and super nice. The food is very tasty and the special requests of the guests are made possible on request. WiFi works well in most rooms and the wellness area is not huge, but sufficient and always clean. :) In this hotel the little guests are received with a lot of understanding and get their money's worth. We would love to come here again.

The hotel is run with family warmth and excellent professional service. We'll be back anytime and enjoyed our time to the full.
v	vincent nussbaum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hôtels tout en bois typique de la région. Très soignée . Chaque chambre dispose d'un balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Nous avons été accueillis par Jeannine d'une gentillesse et d'une bonne humeur qui n'a d'égale que son charmant sourire. Elle nous a gardé un plat au chaud car nous sommes arrivés bien après la fermeture du restaurant. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend et reviendrons. All wooden hotels typical of the region. Very neat. Each room has a balcony with mountain views. We were greeted by Jeannine with a kindness and good humor that is matched only by her charming smile. She kept us warm as we arrived long after the restaurant closed. We had a great weekend and will be back.

Mir persönlich war das Hotel ansich etwas zu "mittelalterlich", aber trotzdem eine tolle Atmosphäre und auch eine gute Lage um ein paar Tage Ski Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Beim Halbpension Abendessen hätte ich mir persönlich mehr Auswahl gewünscht dennoch war der Service perfekt und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen lieben Dank Und nicht zu vergessen die Hauskatze die uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich versüßt hat :) The hosts are super friendly and you felt right at home. Personally, the hotel itself was a bit too "medieval" for me, but still a great atmosphere and a good location to spend a few days skiing there. Personally, I would have wished for more choice for the half-board dinner, but the service was perfect and we had a great stay. Thanks so much And not to forget the house cat that made our stay even sweeter :)

Sadly, it is a fraction of the hotel and service that it once was. Be aware - this owner does not want to accept credit cards, even though they have the capability. Reservations demand payment in advance. We were a large group and had friends wanting to join us. They sent payment in advance, but the management claimed that the payment wasn't received. Even after proving that the payment was received, they still tried to collect again. Be aware. Food quality, room quality and amenities have diminished. It is as if they are trying to take all of the proceeds and sell the skelaton.
