★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I really enjoyed our stay with Christian and his family at Smart Liv'in.
We are currently studying for our master's education in Munich and competed together in the St.Pölten Triathlon Challenge 2021.
We arrived three days in advance of the actual event due to deadline presentations for our masters.
Christian and his family were extremely kind from the start. They had no problem providing an efficient solution to every request:
- Letting us conclude our assignment work for two days in the meeting room
- Stocking our room with a kettle and mini-fridge for our tea drinking and eating habits
- Booking local restaurants and ordering takeaways for us
- Even separating our beds to save us from an uncomfortable spooning experience.
In addition to the top quality service - the rooms, the building, and the surroundings are clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious (a proper continental spread).
100% recommend, and will 100% stay here again if we're crazy enough to come back for the Half-Ironman again next year!

Polite and kind staff.
Did not have a chance to try the breakfast buffet. We had the wine gin room and used the kitchenette to have breakfast.
There doesn't seem to be airco, or I haven't found out how that works.
We had the window open throughout the night and there was no noise keeping us awake. The highway is very close but there is a sound barrier and we actually slept well with the soft constant noise of highway traffic. Like white noise but distant.
The bed is very comfortable but the couch is kind of hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Even for kids. Everything in the kitchen and rooms functions well and is maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Very modern looking and clean. There is even a mini office where you can use a computer for work. You can also take breakfast or even dinner at this hotel which is handy. The only complaint I have were the couch beds. I booked a room for 4 people total but there was only one 2 person bed, so the other 2 people had to sleep on a couch bed which wasn't very comfortable. Otherwise, this hotel is a great place to book a night or a few while travelling.
