★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for dinner and we're sadly underwhelmed. After being ignored at our table for 20 minutes the staff had limited desire to serve us. They did not bring us a place setting/silverware for our daughter. Nor did they bring napkins/serviettes. The staffs indifference was evident with ever interaction. This was not what we were expecting from a 4 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First class serviced wellness hotel ...close to Schneeberg mountain and Salamader train.....beautiful natural surroundings ...large and comfortable rooms ...friendly, professional stuff ...variety of tasty food ...clean wellness center ...countless hiking and leisure time opportunities ...tennis court ...free e-bike usages ...I have been going back every year for ten years....highly recommended ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms in the "old building", well renovated, this part is up to 4S standard. Food is not up to 4S, we would give it 3. Overall this hotel is good for short stays and seminars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our second time in Schneeberghof, and enjoyed our stay this time around, too. We had a beautiful room, with comfy beds, and a lovely big balcony. We also made the most of the pool (towels, bathrobe etc provided). The breakfast was great and the dinner, that we had on the terrace, was simply delicious. I was also very happy to see that all the Covid rules were respected.
We hope to be back soon!

Friendly people, good food, good wellness, gym and massage therapist.
Rooms were clean and roomy.
If I ever travel near Puchberg, I know where to stay.
