C	Caroline BBB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Location, sehr viel Privatsphäre- alles andere hat leider nicht gepasst. Wie auch der Hotelbesitzer zugegeben hat, zahlt man hier alleine für die exklusive Lage, nicht jedoch für einen Hotelcomfort. Die Preise orientieren sich an 5* Hotels und die erbrachte Dienstleistung leider nicht mal an einer Pension. Die Abrechnung hat so einige Überraschung gebracht, und Zusatzkosten beinhaltet, die weder im Angebot standen, noch kommuniziert wurden- wie „zu viel konsumierte“ Cafés bei Frühstück?- bei dieser Preislage mehr als kleinlich! Das Hotel und der Garten sind sehr schön, wer sich allerdings einen Safe im Zimmer, einen Fernseher oder ein komfortables Bad erwartet, ist hier nicht richtig! Wir hoffen, dass die derzeitige Hotelführung der Hotelbesitzer alleine auf die Neuübernahme zurückzuführen ist, ansonsten wäre es extrem schaden um das Potential dieser wunderschönen Villa! Very nice location, a lot of privacy - unfortunately everything else didn't work out. As the hotel owner has also admitted, you only pay for the exclusive location here, but not for hotel comfort. The prices are based on 5 * hotels and unfortunately the service provided is not even based on a guesthouse. The billing brought some surprises, and included additional costs that were neither on offer nor communicated - such as "too much consumed" cafés at breakfast - more than petty at this price range! The hotel and the garden are very nice, but if you expect a safe in the room, a TV or a comfortable bathroom, this is not the place! We hope that the current management of the hotel is solely due to the takeover, otherwise it would be extremely damaging to the potential of this beautiful villa!
X	X X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten diese Jahr unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Miralago feiern. Die Lage sehr sehr schön. Der Chef ein Chaot. Nach 6 Wochen immer noch keine Antwort bezgl. Kostenvoranschlag Nach 3 maligem Anruf eine Entscguödigung und nach weiteren 2 Wochen ein sehr undurchschaubar Kostenvoranschlag. Wir hatten einige Fragen aber bekamen nie eine Antwort. Nach Anfrage bei der Fremdenverkehrsinformation riet man uns die Finger davon zu lassen. Ein unfähiger etwas verwirrter Chef sagte man uns.Das haben wir auch getan. Also bitte VORSICHT!! Schade ! We wanted to celebrate our wedding at Villa Miralago this year. The location very very nice. The boss a mess. After 6 weeks still no answer regarding the cost estimate. After 3 calls, an apology and after another 2 weeks a very inscrutable cost estimate. We had some questions but never got an answer. After asking the tourist information, we were advised to keep our hands off it. An incompetent somewhat confused boss we were told. We did that too. So please BE CAREFUL!! Pity !

A	Adam Bend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miralago is our favorite place at the Worthersee and we only take our very special friends here. It's one of those rare hotels with a special personal touch. It's a gorgeous spot where you still feel the classic Austrian spirit. The rooms are beautifully decorated and it feels like you're visiting your Austrian grand aunt. The staff is extremely nice but they are not running a typical hotel with typical hotel service. Everything works out just fine when you appreciate this south-Austrian mood with some patience. The food and wine is incredible good. There are many fancy and totally overrated restaurants at Worthersee where you get less quality for your money and where it's noisy and crowdy. At Miralago you have a private dining experience when the weather is nice and you can sit outside. The tables have some distance to each other, you can enjoy a wonderful view and it's quiet and relaxed. Orders take a while, sometimes they forget to bring things but again, you go there to relax and to enjoy a personal spirit and delicious food. It's actually more fun if not everything is so over-perfect. The things that really matter are more than perfect at Miralago.
