★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolute diamond of an establishment. Laura went out of her way to accommodate our late check in and did it in the sweetest way. The apartment was just gorgeous and had ample breathtaking views over the Olympiaworld bobsleigh and ski slope and snow capped mountains. We didnt get to enjoy the spa but had a walk through and it is truly impressive. Reception was snug and cosy with a crackling fireplace and christmas tree and delicious treats for guests. Breakfast was amazing and the thoughtful gift on Christmas Eve was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The location is perfect and busses into town are plentiful. I will definately stay here again when we return for a visit. Thank you for an incredible and memorable stay, Hotel Romerhof. Xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are a good size with great views out the window, free continental breakfast was great with a lot of fresh fruit , cheese, breads, meats , eggs and bacon and so many things I cannot list but was very good. Staff is excellent and will help you with whatever you need an is eager to make your experience in this area the best it can be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have serious problems with cleaning, the towels most of the time was dirty (some girls foundation and something black from a machine I think). The toilet was also dirty all the time, very disgusting. Check Rom 21. Congrats for the staff is very welcoming, warm, nice, beautiful people with great caracter! In the room is a little bit of noise from the outside cars but overall is ok. I hope you will resolve those issues otherwise it's sin of this place! Best wishes!

I came the next morning. they canceled my booking and took all the money. I had a bad treatment and was kicked out if the hotel. Very bad treatment ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for ski holiday. Great location - 10 min from Innsbruck by bus or 20 min walk to Igls. Clean room and lovely service. Fantastic relaxing area with saunas available. Good breakfast with healthy options. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very nice and friendly. We stayed in the big family apartment with shortcut to the sauna. Sauna area is great. Quite and green area around the hotel with nice view to the mountains. Breakfast is super healthy and reach. Highly recommended place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly beautiful location!!! All the ladies are dressed in traditional dresses and speak multiple languages. They offered a shot on arrival, include breakfast (great variety, hot and cold selections), and you can use the sauna. Very friendly staff clean rooms, even slippers if you need some!
