K	Karl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach guten Erfahrungen aus früheren Besuchen im Restaurant mit traumhafter Aussicht, wollten wir uns diesmal der Jahreszeit entsprechend ein "Gansl" gönnen. Das Ergebnis war für uns in einem Lokal mit diversen Auszeichnungen enttäuschend. Der freundliche und sehr "redseelige" Kellner brachte eine geschmacklich gute Gansleinmachsuppe, die aber lauwarm und von einem sehr weichen Knödel vollkommen aufgesaugt war. Die Portionen waren ausreichend und wunderschön angerichtet, aber das Gansl leider mit geschmackloser, weicher Haut und das Rotkraut eher "naturbelassen". Die vom Kellner viel zu früh auf den Tisch gestellte, zu kleine Warmhalteplatte, hatte noch genug Zeit zum Auskühlen, wobei die kalten Teller daneben standen. Zusammen mit der lauwarm gebrachten Platte ergab das ein fast kaltes Essen, was bei diesem stolzen, überhobenen Preis inakzeptabel ist. Eine Wiederholungsgefahr besteht somit für uns nicht. After good experiences from previous visits to the restaurant with a fantastic view, this time we wanted to treat ourselves to a "goose" according to the season. The result was disappointing for us in a restaurant with various awards. The friendly and very "talkative" waiter brought a tasty goose sausage soup, but it was lukewarm and completely absorbed by a very soft dumpling. The portions were sufficient and beautifully arranged, but unfortunately the goose had a tasteless, soft skin and the red cabbage was more "natural". The too small hotplate put on the table by the waiter far too early still had enough time to cool down, with the cold plates standing next to it. Together with the plate brought lukewarm, this resulted in an almost cold meal, which is unacceptable at this high, high price. There is therefore no risk of repetition for us.
