Icy cold rooms, building construction happens very early in the morning making such a huge noise its impossible to sleep, unusable wifi, unfriendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Ideal stopover. Restaurant closed on Sundays but we found somewhere close by for an evening meal. Pool was very welcome after a day of travelling. Good breakfast.

Recommend to business trip. Good location. Close to Graz and the highway. Good international kitchen with tasty local foods. The price is friendly. Nicely interior, very kindly staff. It is a good place for one or two days stay here.

We had the superior double room. The room was very nice (although it is frustrating having a smart TV and not being able to use the smart functions). Very comfortable bed. Large room and a nice balcony with a great quiet air con. Good WiFi connection with decent speeds. The bathroom was also very modern with a nice shower. The water pressure was a little low though! The breakfast is also very good with a nice wide selection! Everyone would be happy with this. The pool was not busy at all and was great for a quick dip. We did not try the sauna. The parking space is okay! We were told on the phone that there is loads of parking but when we arrived there was 3 spaces. 2 of them had the other car parked in it and I would not have been able to fit my car in them, the third was an awkward parallel park. I had to take my time and take this space. I was not too happy with this after being told about lots of spaces. The bar is also fairly decent, it has a nice open air area but the restaurant closed quite early. Overall I would want to give this place a 5 star but for me the staff let it down. When I checked in I was given no information about breakfast or check out times or anything else which could be useful! Likewise at breakfast I sat down at a table to only be told I cannot sit there by a member of staff and then one minute later the same staff member telling someone to sit in that very same table. The parking is also a reason I give this place 4 stars at not 5. For somewhere where you must have a car to stay here (due to its location. Parking is a must!

It's been a while since I've seen ants in a hotel room. It was also rather dirty and seemed like the room hasn't been cleaned Ina while. I sincerely hope the bedsheet from the picture was simply worn out and not that dirty - either way it should not have been used! The breakfast is a highlight though. Good selection of everything and freshly squeezed juice

Visiting this place while on transit. We'll its perfect for that. Now I have to say that the night we stayed was very hot which made it hard to sleep at night.... yes we found out in the morning that we had an airport in the room. Dinner was fun. The girl serving had a good sense of humor and the food iscwhat you may expect.
