★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food's great. The light in the bathroom is too dim to shave in and the 1 person room is small. Overall good price for value. Would visit again if on vacation and on a budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are a mix between prison and an old peoples home. The showers were made for skinny hobbits. The first hotel I've encountered that make you pay extra if you want eggs for breakfast. The matresses are from the 60's atleast thats what they felt like. The Restaurant is nice but the hotel is stuck in the 70's and the prices way to high. Wouldn't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just would like to ask everyone to avoid the "steak" at this place, the so called "medium" was totally dry, the vegetables were lying on some bacon, but unfortunately, this combination was so extremely salty it literally hurt my throat. The added "green pepper" sauce had nothing to do with green pepper, had a strange caramelised taste. I could not figure out it's origin.
We were there with a group of ~20 and it seems it was already too much for the waitresses as they have mixed the plates at least 4-5 times.
The building itself is fancy, and I do know much about the hotel, thats why they get 2 instead of only 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here by accident as a suitable rest stop while driving, glad I did. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable, nice ambiance, great food and drink. Finally probably the best and most plentiful breakfast that I've yet seen in the Germanic speaking world. Left in the morning feeling at ease with the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place. Out of the way and quiet. Surprisingly large outdoor dining area, with a garden-y feel; very cozy, the staff are lovely and very forthcoming. Food is to die for.
