Unprofessional and very impolite service; the manager: ignoring.
The food we got from what we ordered was ok-ish; rather overpriced from what it was.
This uses to be an exceptional restaurant in the past, many things went completely wrong within the last few years.

Definitely would recommend to stop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awful stay at this place. I can’t understand the rave reviews. It began during checkin, when I asked if they offered laundry service. The clerk called the boss, who came out looking annoyed and angrily told me NO! No laundry service! …ehm, ok then.
Later on: stale dry breakfast buffé covered in live and dead flies.
We arrived 21:15, wanting dinner. No one showed any interest. At 21:45, after waiting at out table a long time, the waiter came. ”Sorry, the kitchen’s closed”. Why didn’t they tell us this right away…!?
The rooms are actually ok, and the location is scenic. But damn we had a bad service experience :/
