R	Ralf Wicharz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Zimmer, überragende Küche und herzlicher, kompetenter Service. In 5 Minuten mit dem Skibus im wunderschönen Skigebiet. Beautiful rooms, outstanding cuisine and warm, competent service. In 5 minutes with the ski bus in the beautiful ski area.
O	Oli P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist eigentlich ein gutes Hotel mitten im Ort Matrei, hat aber auch kleine Schwächen! Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber! Ich persönlich fand es klasse, dass sie auf dem Zimmer Sky hatten, so konnte ich Bundesliga sehen! Top ist auch, dass man im Parkhaus kostenlos parken kann!!! Ein Nachteil war für mich, dass man die Heizungen im Bad und Zimmer nicht selber regeln konnte. An dem Regentag waren es 17 grad und die kalte Luft zog in das Zimmer! Im Zimmer war es kalt und die Heizung war aus. Wenn man durchgefroren und nass von einer Wanderung kommt, erwartet man mindestens im Bad eine Heizung! Das Personal im ganzen Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Wellness Bereich sieht toll aus, hab ihn aber nicht benutzt! Das Frühstück hat nach meiner Meinung Schwächen! Erstmal gibt es keine Abwechslung, immer die gleichen Sachen (bei mir 6 Tage lang)! Es gibt nach meiner Einschätzung keine frischen Brötchen! Sie waren alle sehr trocken und schmeckten alt! Wahrscheinlich tiefgefroren alte Brötchen! Die Bacon ? waren fast immer kalt! Wenn die Betreiber an diesen Schwächen arbeiten, kann man das Hotel empfehlen. It is actually a good hotel in the middle of the village of Matrei, but it also has small weaknesses! The rooms are very big and clean! Personally, I thought it was great that they had Sky in the room so I could see Bundesliga! Another great thing is that you can park for free in the multi-storey car park !!! A disadvantage for me was that you couldn't regulate the heating in the bathroom and room yourself. On the rainy day it was 17 degrees and the cold air pulled into the room! It was cold in the room and the heating was off. If you come from a hike frozen and wet, you expect at least a heater in the bathroom! The staff in the whole hotel is very friendly and helpful! The wellness area looks great, but I didn't use it! In my opinion, breakfast has weaknesses! First of all there is no variety, always the same things (for me for 6 days)! In my opinion, there are no fresh rolls! They were all very dry and tasted old! Probably frozen old rolls! The bacon ? were almost always cold! If the operators work on these weaknesses, the hotel can be recommended.
G	Gernot Fortunat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier noch einmal warum ich eine 1-Stern-Bewertung vergeben habe: * Anfrage über das Kontaktformular - KEINE Antwort * E-Mail - KEINE Antwort * Auf die Booking Anfrage gab es nur die Rückmeldung für einen early-checkin "geht nicht" - obwohl auf Booking noch mehrere Zimmer verfügbar waren * Ein zusätzliches Frühstück - "geht nicht" * Auf die Anfrage, wieso das nicht möglich ist, kam dann nur die sehr unfreundliche Antwort: "... empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich um eine alternative Unterkunft zu bemühen." => So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Zuerst nicht antworten, bei Anfragen immer nur ein "geht nicht" dafür aber dann lange unfreundliche Antworten. Nein, das ist kein Kundenservice!! Here again why I gave a 1-star rating: * Request via the contact form - NO answer * Email - NO reply * On the booking request, there was only the response for an early check-in "not possible" - although there were still several rooms available on booking * An additional breakfast - "doesn't work" * When asked why this was not possible, the only answer was very unfriendly: "... we recommend that you try to find alternative accommodation." => I've never experienced anything like this! First don't answer, with inquiries always only a "can't" but then long unfriendly answers. No, this is not customer service!!
M	Massimiliano Rigon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per mangiare abbiamo dovuto girare tutto il paese perché stranamente avevano tutto pieno. Però la camera era disponibile……… bah !. La spa sporca e sinceramente la gente che la frequentava alquanto sporcaccioni. Un consiglio se proprio dovete andarci affittate un camper ne guadagnerete in salute! To eat we had to travel all over the country because strangely they were full. But the room was available ......... bah!. The spa dirty and honestly the people who frequented it quite dirty. A tip if you really have to go, rent a camper you will gain health!

R	Rafa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good 3 star hotel, food was okey but a little pretentious which resulted in super small portions. Rooms and interior are a little outdated and worn-out. Spa was nice though.
