Hier stimmt die Chemie und der Respekt zwischen Mitarbeitern und Geschäftsleitung. Skiurlaub in Lech ist Verwöhntage im Plattenhof. Again and again we are pampered in all areas at the Hotel Plattenhof as we would like, whether in the service with excellent staff, the culinary and varied menus, special requests, the fantastic location and facilities (wellness, sauna) of the hotel and much more. The chemistry and respect between employees and management are right here. Skiing holidays in Lech are pampering days in the Plattenhof.

Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, z.B Omelette wird nach eigenen Wünschen frisch zubereitet. Alleinig die Ausstattung und der Flair der Zimmer entspricht nicht ganz dem sehr guten Status des Hotels. Dennoch insgesamt Beautiful hotel in Lech with a super delicious 6-course evening meal. S	Sarah Jakubczyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine wundervolle schneereiche Woche in Lech. Der Ort sollte bei jedem begeisterten Skifahrer auf dem Plan stehen. Das Hotel Plattenhof ist etwas vom Ortskern entfernt, aber dank eines kleinen Schleppliftes und dem regelmäßig fahrenden Skibusses super erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Allein der kleine Hoteltypische Föhn ist ein kleines Manko. Eine nette Poolanlage und Saunalandschaft lädt auch zum Verweilen nach dem Ski fahren ein. Leider ist der Umgang in dem Hotel wohl eher an der Kundschaft Ü60 ausgerichtet. Der Hotelmanager sieht sich nicht in der Lage Gäste zu begrüßen die nicht zu dem Stamm gehören. Dass so auch neue Stammkunden gewonnen werden können scheint wohl unklar zu sein. We had a wonderful snowy week in Lech. The place should be on the agenda for every avid skier. The Hotel Plattenhof is a bit away from the town center, but easy to reach thanks to a small drag lift and the regular ski bus. The rooms are newly renovated and modernly furnished. The small hotel-typical hair dryer alone is a small drawback. A nice pool area and sauna area also invites you to linger after skiing. Unfortunately, the handling in the hotel is more geared towards customers over 60. The hotel manager is unable to greet guests who do not belong to the tribe. It seems unclear that new regular customers can be won in this way.

Das Essen ist sehr gut und ausgefallen, jedoch würde man ab und zu auch gerne was „normales“ Essen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht und macht einen tollen Job. Das einzige, was wirklich zu bemängeln ist, ist die sogenannte „rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung „. Wenn man kein Stammgast ist oder mit Champagner an der Bar sitzt, dann wird man einfach nicht beachtet und total abwertend behandelt, als ob man nicht gut genug ist- da fühlt man sich direkt total unwohl. The hotel is great. The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. There is a 6-course menu every evening. The food is very good and unusual, but every now and then you would like something "normal" food. The staff is super friendly and hard-working and does a great job. The only thing that can really be criticized is the so-called "right hand of management". If you are not a regular or sit at the bar with champagne, then you are simply ignored and treated totally derogatory, as if you are not good enough - you immediately feel totally uncomfortable.
