Es war wieder Mal ein Genuss (nicht nur kulinarisch) und auch ein viertes Mal werden wir sicherlich wiederkommen.
This is the third time we have stayed at the Tiroler Herz and we spent our vacation here.
It was once again a pleasure (not just culinary) and we will definitely come back a fourth time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The food was quite fantastic - a very diverse and healthy selection. The location was perfect for the commute to the biathlon event. The facilities throughout the hotel were very clean, and the room was above my expectations. I wish I could have stayed longer, but will return to this guesthouse during the next biathlon World Cup event.. Negative: There was so much food that I could not finish it. If this is a problem, then this is a good problem to have..

I find it even more rude to read what you have answered. Never judge a book by its cover. You say that I am lying, but have you asked me why I was there? No.
A bit more etiquette would have been nice. You were rude and not welcoming at all. Just because you have done a mistake it doesn’t mean that you can tell now it’s your visitors fault.
Maybe you had an awful day but you should have not answered me like this and mock me.
Communication is king especially when you work in tourism.
