★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for 3 nights, booked the stay directly via tel and e-mail. Hotel was great! Breakfast fabulous and Maria and Stefan (the owners) very really helpful and friendly. We had really great time and we plan to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, great location, the staff is amazing and very attentive as well as friendly. We had dinner here all 3 nights of our stay and it was all delicious. Definitely hope to visit again at some point!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What an amazing 5 night stay during August. The couple who built this hotel over 30 yrs ago make our stay absolutely memorable and treat you just like family. We met a family who has been vacationing there for the last 20yrs; this says a lot about a establishment when there are return patrons for decades! Breakfast was plentiful and dinners were homemade and delicious. The owners always addressed our family by name and helped us when we had a medical issue that took us up to Salzburg. We couldn't have been happier! Can't wait to return some day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely time in pension Residence. Every day we had beautiful breakfast, fresh vegetables and fruit, many cold cuts and hot and teasty bread and rolls. Rooms are very nice and tidy with great view. Owners are very frendly and helpfull with everything. We can only recommed this place. Hopefully we will come back soon.

Clean and cosy rooms with newly renovated bathrooms, great food, Austrian and Belgian beer, but most of all the owners Maria and Stefan who make the family atmosphere. Great spot for cross country skiing across the whole Ramsau plateau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place for vacation with amazing Maria and Stefan. We spent whole week and we are very thankful for service and excellent food. Maria and Stefan make you feel like home. Comfortable and clean rooms, great food and drinks, pension is right on the ski track.
