G	Gabriela Vinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alles frisch zubereitet - sehr gute Küche; das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und herzlich - und das gerade neu eröffnete Hotel ist etwas ganz Besonderes! everything freshly prepared - very good food; the whole team is very friendly and warm - and the newly opened hotel is very special!

Die Kirche gegenüber leutet jede viertel Stunde, der Verkehr ist ebenfalls durch das Jugendliche Volk sehr laut. Die Besoffenen auf ihren Quads gehören zur Ortschaft. Geschlafen hab ich null. The rooms are new and beautiful but without mosquito nets I have 15 stitches. The church opposite rings every quarter of an hour, the traffic is also very loud due to the young people. The drunk on their quads are part of the village. I slept zero.
S	Susanne Nigischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für unseren Thermen-Kurzurlaub in Bad Schallerbach haben wir beschlossen, unser Quartier im nur paar Km entfernten Örtchen Rottenbach im Hotel Mauernböck aufzuschlagen. Wir sind froh diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben, denn unser Zimmer war ein Traum: alles war neu eingerichtet, sehr modern, super sauber und v.a. schön geräumig (ideal für unseren kleinen Sohn). Auch das restliche Haus hat uns wegen dem hellen Ambiente und dem "familiären" Konzept (zB selbst gemalte Bilder, Zimmer sind nach Familienmitglieder benannt usw.) sehr begeistert. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem 'i' ist aber das freundliche und liebe Personal. In diesem Zusammenhang ein ganz besonderes Lob und Dankeschön an Frau Gabriela. Sie hat uns von Anfang an äußerst professionell und liebevoll betreut und hat sich durchgehend um unser Wohl gekümmert (Ps: und selbst als Mama kann sie auch ur gut mit kleinen Kindern) ? Resümee: ein tolles Hotel, super Personal und ein perfekter Ort um sich vom Stadttrubel zu erholen ? For our short thermal spa break in Bad Schallerbach, we decided to set up our quarters in the little town of Rottenbach, only a few kilometers away, in the Hotel Mauernböck. We are happy to have made this decision, because our room was a dream: everything was newly furnished, very modern, super clean and above all. nice and spacious (ideal for our little son). We were also very impressed by the rest of the house because of the bright ambience and the "familiar" concept (e.g. pictures we painted ourselves, rooms are named after family members, etc.). The icing on the cake is the friendly and loving staff. In this context, a very special praise and thank you to Ms. Gabriela. Right from the start she looked after us very professionally and lovingly and took care of our well-being throughout (Ps: and even as a mom, she is also very good with small children) ? Summary: a great hotel, great staff and a perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city ?

F	Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles Tiptop, Empfang sehr freundlich, Zimmer super, Abendessen gut und dann kam das Frühstück…….. Katastrophe! Noch nie haben wir so schlecht gefrühstückt. Daher nur drei Sterne Everything was great, the reception was very friendly, the room was great, dinner was good and then breakfast came ...... .. Catastrophe! We have never had such a bad breakfast. Hence only three stars

Zimmer klein aber gemütlich - dafür das Bad sehr groß! schöner Balkon leider ohne Tisch und Sessel. (kommt vielleicht noch?) Das Essen (wir hatten Buffett) sehr gut und reichlich! Das Frühstück mittelmäßig aber ok- Honig aus dem Packerl, Marmeladen fertig gekauft finde ich schade! Dafür gab's am Samstag ganz frisches Brot (noch warm). Gemütliche Stube, ebenfalls großer Saal und freundliches Frühstückszimmer mit tollem Geschirr. Was mich wirklich gestört hat: Mein Zimmer wurde Samstag nicht gereinigt. Um 18.30 brauch ich's auch nicht mehr. Habe für meine zwei kl. Hunde 40€ für zwei Nächte bezahlt. Der Preis pro Hund wegen Mehraufwand bei der Reinigung?! Wäre es mein Hotel hätte ich zumindest die eine Nacht keine Hunde verrechnet!!! Die Aussage " das Zimmer ist auf der Reinigungsliste aber abgehakt" - ja möglich! Aber geputzt wurde es trotzdem nicht! "Dann wurde es wohl übersehen"! - Ja möglich! Kann passieren....wie man dann damit umgeht macht Kundenservice aus. Da gibt's noch Luft nach oben! New hotel, not quite finished on the outside. Big parking lot. The room is small but cozy - the bathroom is very large! nice balcony unfortunately without a table and armchair. (maybe still coming?) The food (we had a buffet) was very good and plentiful! The breakfast was mediocre but ok - honey from the pack, jams bought ready-made, I think it's a shame! Instead, there was fresh bread on Saturday (still warm). Cozy parlor, also a large hall and a friendly breakfast room with great dishes. What really bothered me: My room wasn't cleaned on Saturday. At 6.30 p.m. I don't need it anymore. Have for my two small. Dogs paid € 40 for two nights. The price per dog because of the additional cleaning costs ?! If it were my hotel I would have charged no dogs at least one night! The statement "the room is on the cleaning list but checked" - yes possible! But it was still not cleaned! "Then it was probably overlooked"! - Yes possible! Can happen ... how you deal with it is what makes customer service what it is. There's still room for improvement!
R	Roland Silhengst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War 2 Nächte in dem Hotel , daß 1el Zimmer hatte leider nur ein ganz kleines Fenster in 2 m Höhe, leider hört man bei den Zimmern die Nachbarn reden…., es war bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten sauber,Bett war angenehm zum schlafen ? Zum Essen: Knoblauchsuppe war nicht geschmacklich sehr wässrig, Leberknödelsuppe nicht wirklich zum Essen , Putenschnitzel mit Pommes und Kartoffelsalat war sehr lecker, Personal sehr freundlich Fazit: für 1-2 Nächte geht es!! Was 2 nights in the hotel that 1el room unfortunately only had a very small window 2 m high, unfortunately you can hear the neighbors talking in the rooms ..., it was clean except for a few small things, bed was comfortable to sleep ? About the food: garlic soup was not very watery in taste, liver dumpling soup not really to eat, turkey schnitzel with french fries and potato salad was very tasty, staff very friendly Conclusion: it works for 1-2 nights !!

I truelly recommend The hotel for foreigners and People that appears for sightseeing. The hotel has The classical external look and well designed interior.
