★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth: 0 stars!!!The worst experience I have ever lived! Terrible and rude behavior by the manager. They try to find any way to stealing from you! Starting with the rooms which were average to bad. The rooms not as shown on pictures.!! We had a problem with our toilet that being blocked and we asked for their help! Coming back at midnight we were not allowed to enter our room because they blocked the hotel card. Asking for the reason they told us that they unblocked the toilet and also renewed it because of some scratches and that we had to pay 215 euro to allowed us in! So just like that They locked us out of our room at midnight with all of our luggage locked in, blackmailing us for money for some damage, to a toilet we didn’t do! In the end we paid a huge amount of money to let us in.Going in we realized that the toilet wasn’t new !Note that the toilet was never changed as they told us and charged us and we did not get a refund or a receipt for the toilet we paid !!!And they(manager) didn’t had the consciousness to apologize for their rude behavior !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is located near the U3 Johnstrasse subway station, just few few stations to the city center (Stephansplatz). You can access the city center in no more than 15 minutes. Many restaurants and supermarkets around.
Rooms are very clean, tall ceiling, spacious, big and flawless bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with boiled eggs, fruits, many choices of bread, meat & tea, delicious selection of cheese, fresh vegetables, milk, selection of cereals & sweets, croissants, smoked salmon, etc.
Staff was helpful and answered all our queries, helped us with restaurant reservations for dinner, suggestions for shop and market locations.
Towels changed almost daily, although not really needed or asked by us.
Free tea during evening was a nice touch as it was pleasant to come back to the hotel and enjoy a hot drink.
Overall flawless experience for a 3 star hotel that looked in many ways like a 4 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is good. Clean, kindness, breakfast is delicious & fresh, near U barn & tram station, calmly atmosphere. Speed wifi is free in the room.
Simple room. No amenities(but you can get something by near dm) No pot No refrigerator. It is not luxury but very comfortable.
I recommend this hotel.

-The room was clean and big.
-Breakfast was very good.
-Staff was very ok.
-Heating system is working
-Hot water all the time
-Close to subway station
-Quiet area
The not so good:
-The hotel only has 4 parking spots, on a near street. The parking is locked and you have to ask for the key every time you want to use it and then take it back. Since there are so few parking spaces, they could have gave you a key, since you are paying 11€/day
-The tee is free in a certain time interval, the rest of the time you have to pay 50 cents for the hot water at the machine, and the tee bag is free. They could have made it free...

The rooms are clean. The bathroom is of a decent size. Although the shower is small. They serve a decent buffet breakfast in the mornings for an additional charge.
There is little to NO parking...
The hotel has a parking lot around the corner that accommodates maybe 5 cars.....for an additional charge. You have to reserve the spot.
There is a parking garage about 1 block east of the hotel which is about 11 euro a day.
