Hotel Linde

Fanstic staff makes this beautiful boutique hotel right on the Llake a real gem. Superb dining in 2 restaurants and a seperate breakfast area all with additional outdoor seating on the water.

Very nice hotel, we unfortunately had a room with a small window (room 306 I think). The rooms on the second floor have bigger windows and balcony. The restaurant was flexible, you can order directly to your room. The staff was mostly nice.

Don't go there for lunch. We waited 1:15 before the food arrived. Then they had again forgotten the side dishes, which arrived after I had eaten half the trout (after again waiting for a while.) While the waiters realized that something was amiss they only approached the table after we called them a few times and explained it: "The kitchen has to cook for the downstairs restaurant, too." Well, obviously? On the bright side: the lake view was nice.

Excellent atmosphere. Good service. Nice food. Situated on the shores of Lake, with access by both car & boat. Beautiful views of the lake area. Excellent staff who are friendly, attentive & efficient. Good tasting food that's well presented & right-sized portions. An excellent evening was had by all (group of colleagues; almost 20)

The place to be for incredibly good food and a stunning location with a great sunset view! Highly recommend their sushi variations.

Unfortunately we've left two jackets in our room after check out, and when we noticed it one day later asked the hotel to please send them bact to us the answer was that they haven't find any.. So it means that the jackets was stolen by a guest... or by a housekeeper.. A hotel of this level should be pay more attention to who is employed

Only passed by for a quick lunch. Terrific view to the lake from the restaurant. Very friendly service. A little bit on the pricier side, but that is absolutely ok taking into account the quality of the food, service and ambeinte. A clear recommendation.

Location is great, breakfast is great, restaurants are great, but customer service...they need to work on that!!! 50% of the staff there are very friendly and the remaining 50% need to be better trained. We made a reservation for a room that has a safe, chairs, and with a lake view (have a written confirmation for that) . We got a family room, with two extra beds that we don't need, no safe, no chairs, and with a view to the parking!!! We spoke to the reception and they said this is the only available room they have free. I don't even remember hearing an apology. After a discussion with them they told us that some "other" guests didn't come and they have a room with a lake view available but we have to pay extra for it. First time in my life where I get free downgrade and have to pay for an upgrade for a mistake done by the hotel. Anyway, they requested 30 Euros per night, we agreed and didn't argue much because we didn't want to ruin the mood for our vacation. At checkout, no extra money was requested since the original reservation was paid in full. We though wow, they acknowledged their mistake and gave us the upgrade for free. 2 Hours later they reach out and ask for more than 300 Euros for the upgrade. After a long discussion, we told them we will pay only 30 Euros per night as per the agreement which we settled this way. Sorry for the long post, but it is frustrating when you get a bad customer service. I have never been downgraded by a hotel before, and never has a hotel asked me for a money for an upgrade!!
