G	Geli Kren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a real treasure only 20 minutes away from the city of Graz and Styria's vineyard region. Beautiful hotel and a first class restaurant within a lovely surrounding. Hospitality at its best. Pool and spa area are great after a busy day.

The entrance is a little walk, which in bad weather is not desirable. I had a toast with cheese and ham, because the restaurant is closed after lunchtime. They could offer e.g. an small menu with more sandwiches and soup... maybe something for the future. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only they could speak better German, being in Austria. Will charge here for sure the next time.

The staff are polite and helpful, even with a business tourist that speaks almost non of the local language. The rooms are spacious, comfy, and an ideal temperature. The breakfast and evening Restaurant food is delicious and great value for money. I'm hoping that there are more work requests to head to Graz just so I can come back ?

Biggest problem was the toilet, it's the shelf type. Hate them. I found a normal one near the restaurant. Good bar and public area's, stunning view from the terrace. Outdoor pool not open in October. Very good breakfast and evening restaurant menu. Very friendly staff.
