D	Daphne Rijnders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk personeel en een ruime kamer. Eten was goed. Mooie plek in het centrum van Serfaus. De sommer card erbij was heel leuk. Alle kabelbanen kun je nemen in de omgeving waardoor je meerdere wandelingen kan doen. Ook voor kinderen is het leuk. Friendly staff and a spacious room. Food was good. Nice place in the center of Serfaus. The sommer card there was very nice. You can take all cable cars in the area so you can do several walks. It is also fun for children.
T	Tonny Beuse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamers zijn netjes mooie locatie vlakbij de ondergrondse trein en de apres ski komen er al 7 jaar alleen jammer dat Miquel weg is. Rooms are nicely nice location near the underground train and the apres ski there for 7 years just a pity that Miquel is gone.

Das Essen war hervorragend, Geheimtipp in Serfaus zu dem Preis. Die neue Generation führt dieses Hotel in die Neuzeit, eine Mammutaufgabe welche großen Respekt verdient. Wir bedanken uns beim ganzen Komperdell Team und freuen uns auf weitere Neuigkeiten in der Zukunft. Big change to the past. We want to thank the family for a cozy atmosphere, especially the employees. The food was excellent, insider tip in Serfaus for the price. The new generation leads this hotel into modern times, a mammoth task that deserves great respect. We thank the whole Komperdell team and look forward to further news in the future.
s	stefan beurskens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wij zijn hier velen jaren gekomen was altijd gezellig, schoon en het ontbijt was geweldig. wij boekte altijd mondeling bij Mirabella en hebben daar ook nooit geen problemen mee gehad de mondelinge prijs werd ook altijd netjes aan ons berekend tot afgelopen jaar Mirabella er niet meer was en wij dan opnieuw moesten boeken echter wij kregen compleet andere prijzen als wat Mirabelle ons had door gegeven. prijs Mirabella was € 176,-- per nacht voor een 2 persoonskamer met ontbijt en € 98,-- voor een 1 persoonskamer met ontbijt echte toen wij de nieuwe prijzen kregen was dat op eens € 224,-- voor 2 persoons en € 112,-- voor de 1 persoonskamer zonder ontbijt. en dat bij 10 dagen is toch even schrikken. wij zijn dan dit jaar ook maar niet op wintersport gegaan we have come here for many years it was always cozy, clean and the breakfast was great. we always booked verbally with Mirabella and have never had any problems with this, the oral price was always neatly charged to us until last year Mirabella was no longer there and we then had to book again, but we got completely different prices than what Mirabelle had us passed. price Mirabella was € 176, - per night for a double room with breakfast and € 98, - for a single room with breakfast real when we got the new prices that was suddenly € 224, - for 2 persons and € 112 for the single room without breakfast. and that at 10 days is a bit of a shock. we did not go on winter sports this year
S	S B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin Im Hotel Komperdell "groß" geworden. Jeder Skiurlaub fand in Serfaus statt und jedes Mal waren wir im Komperdell. Mein Vater ist auch schon als kleiner Junge nach Serfaus in den Skiurlaub gefahren und hat mit seiner Mutter im Komperdell genächtigt. Für mich ist es ein Teil von mir. Es ist simpel ohne viel Schnickschnack, welchen man sowieso nicht braucht. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und die Zimmer immer sauber. Ich war nun länger nicht mehr vor Ort, aber ich denke an dem heimischen Feeling wird sich nichts ändern/geändert haben. I grew up at the Hotel Komperdell. Every skiing holiday took place in Serfaus and every time we went to the Komperdell. My father went on a skiing holiday to Serfaus when he was a little boy and stayed at the Komperdell with his mother. For me it's a part of me. It's simple with no frills that you don't need anyway. The staff were always friendly and the rooms always clean. I haven't been there for a long time, but I think nothing will change / have changed about the feeling at home.
M	Michael Schedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorne Weg, das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist gut. Allerdings passt einfach das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis nicht. Das Bad war 80er Jahre Stil. Die Badtüre konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Die Heizung im Bad war undicht. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Gepäck in einen Gepäckraum zu deponieren. Frühstück wird keines Angeboten. In der Tiefgarage blockieren 2 abgemeldete alte Autos die knappen Parkplätze. Der Mann an der Rezeption war bei der Anreise sehr unfreundlich. Alles im allem war es einfach von meinen 15 Aufenthalten in Serfaus der schlechteste... Hauptsache die Preise waren Premium Front way, the room was clean and the location is good. However, the price/performance ratio just doesn't fit. The bathroom was 80's style. The bathroom door could not be closed. The heater in the bathroom was leaking. There is no possibility to deposit luggage in a luggage room. Breakfast is not offered. In the underground car park, 2 deregistered old cars are blocking the scarce parking spaces. The man at the front desk was very rude upon arrival. All in all, it was simply the worst of my 15 stays in Serfaus... The main thing was that the prices were premium
