This hotel was super clean, the staff very friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast best I've had in any hotel. It was very quiet despite the fact we were in a room right over the restaurant area... Drinks and dining most pleasant sitting out on the terrace. We are hoping now to return in early December and very much look forward to it in this beautiful area of Austria and this hotel in St Wolfgang... Thankyou for your hospitality! See you again!?

We were sitting there just 1 minute and they were already at our table waiting what we want to eat! after 1 minute with MENU in hands. Food was good but in the end, we found hair ( or maybe hairs) in food. We told that to waitress, she did not even react to that.
O	Oriol Tarruella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest waiter ever. He spent the whole time we were there making "funny" faces and answering badly for no reason. Refused to serve us bread saying they didnt have bread (waitress served it later). And last but not least, after we payed the bill he asked how much tip we wanted to leave (honestly we have never seen this before), refusing it after the tip we were going to leave wasn't enough for him. Incredible. This man gives bad reputation to this place.

Instead of just replying that they cannot do any discount the guy told me that "we are in Austria here, not in Israel or some similar country so we cannot make discounts". This was very rude and very racist. Hotels are also for tourists and not only locals so you have to respect tourists. We are not from Israel but it was a very rude answer for a customer and of course we did not book there.
