Neff, den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten! A place to feel good - very clean and comfortable rooms, great bathroom and toilet, and the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. You can feel the efforts of Mrs. Mag. Neff to offer the guests a nice stay!

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und es gibt auch reichhaltig Gemüse für Vegetarier. Die oberen Stockwerke sind nur per Treppe erreichbar, also beim Buchen aufpassen wenn Personenen mit eingeschränkter Gehfähigkeit dabei sind. Sehr freundlicher Service! Great accommodation with amazing views. Room very clean and comfortable with minibar. The breakfast buffet is extensive and there are also plenty of vegetables for vegetarians. The upper floors can only be reached by stairs, so be careful when booking if there are people with limited walking ability. Very friendly service!

Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die Region. Wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen. We stayed in the pension for six nights. The room was a good size and clean. The highlight was of course the balcony with the view. Breakfast was great too. The location is ideal for excursions in the region. We would definitely come again.

Die Inhaberin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, gibt tolle Ausflugstips und kümmert sich persönlich beim reichhaltigen Frühstück ( sogar für Veganer gibts eine schöne Auswahl ) um alle Gäste. Die Lage ist super. Man wohnt etwas erhöht am Berg, hat vor jedem Zimmer einen gemütlichen Balkon und von dort einen tollen Panoramablick über Velden und den See. Trotzdem ist man mit dem PKW in 3 Minuten und zu Fuß in 25 Minuten unten im Ort. Die Zimmer waren immer top sauber, so wie auch das ganze Grundstück und Haus immer pickobello sind. Die Übernachtungs-Preise sind mehr als angemessen, auch wenn man sich aus dem stets aufgefüllten Kühlschrank im Aufenthaltsraum oder der Minibar auf dem Zimmer bedient, alles sehr fair. Wir können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen rundum und ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. To summarize in advance: We felt very comfortable! The owner is very nice and always helpful, gives great tips for excursions and personally takes care of all guests at the rich breakfast (there is even a nice selection for vegans). The location is great. You live a little higher on the mountain, have a cozy balcony in front of each room and from there a great panoramic view over Velden and the lake. Nevertheless, you can reach the village in 3 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot. The rooms were always very clean, just like the whole property and house are always pickobello. The overnight prices are more than reasonable, even if you use the always-replenished refrigerator in the lounge or the minibar in the room, all very fair. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience all round and without restrictions. We would be happy to come back.
M	Martin Smarda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Familiär geführt, gemütlich, preiswert. Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer, alles wirkt schon frisch. Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich. Family-run, cozy, inexpensive. Breakfast buffet, clean rooms, everything looks fresh. The landlady is very friendly.

J	József Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family stays one nigh when we travelled to Italy, the rooms were clean, the staff was polite and very helpful, the breakfast was good, the rooms has a very nice views to the city and the Alps, and some part ot the lake visible too. We enjoyed the fresh air. First we missed the car gate because its seems to be a sidewalk only, and the road was steep and curved to reach the parking place.Not the best place but its worths the price.
