Ich musste erst in ein Nachbarhaus, von dort wurde telefoniert und erst nach gut 20 Minuten hatte ich jemanden am Empfang. Offensichtlich hatte ich die junge Frau gestört, denn sie war sichtlich genervt. Schade, denn der erste Eindruck ist ja bekanntlich immer wichtig. Auf meine Frage, wie es denn hier mit dem Wellness-Bereich gehandhabt wird, teilte die junge Frau mir mit, dass der Wellness-Bereich im Sommer geschlossen sei. Größe Enttäuschung, denn ich hatte dieses Hotel ausgesucht gerade wegen Sauna etc. Auf der Internetseite und außen am Eingang wird mit dem Wellness-Bereich Werbung gemacht, leider steht nirgends etwas von der Schließung im Sommer. Ich hätte mir auch für meinen weiteren Aufenthalt etwas mehr persönlichen Kontakt gewünscht. Ab und zu ein freundliches Wort oder ein kurzes Gespräch ist wohl nicht zu viel verlangt. Mein Zimmer (ein Einzelzimmer mit Balkon) war sehr gut, wurde jeden Tag wirklich gut gereinigt und auch die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Das Frühstück war super, alles da was man braucht. Vielleicht sollte man dort mehr auf die Gäste eingehen und natürlich wichtige Informationen (Wellness) nicht einfach weglassen, dann wäre das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Unfortunately, my reception at the Hotel Garni Anita was not very positive. I had to first in a neighboring house, from there was on the phone and only after about 20 minutes I had someone at the front desk. Obviously I had disturbed the young woman, because she was visibly annoyed. Too bad, because the first impression is always important. When asked how it is handled here with the wellness area, the young woman told me that the spa area is closed in the summer. Size disappointment, because I had chosen this hotel just because of sauna etc. On the website and outside at the entrance is advertised with the wellness area, unfortunately, nowhere is the closure in the summer. I would have liked for my further stay a little more personal contact. Now and then a friendly word or a short conversation is probably not too much to ask. My room (a single room with a balcony) was very good, was cleaned really well every day and the towels were changed every day. The breakfast was great, everything was there what you need. Maybe you should go there more on the guests and of course important information (wellness) not omit, then the hotel would be highly recommended.
M	Ma nul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes kleines Familienhotel. Räumlichkeiten schön und sauber. Frühstück ist vollkommen ok. Es ist alles da was man für ein angemessenes Frühstück braucht. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann sich ungestört und frei bewegen. Gutes Abendessen findet man in Oetz. Jederzeit wieder!!! Nice little family hotel. Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast is perfectly ok. Everything is there what you need for a reasonable breakfast. You have your peace and can move undisturbed and free. Good dinner can be found in Oetz. Any time!!!

Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar sind! Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder ??. A great spacious apartment, very clean and lovingly furnished all around with everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Very helpful and friendly hosts who are always available! We were there for the second time and will definitely be back next year ??.
G	Gor Srb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Lage, tolles Haus, helle, moderne Zimmer mit Balkon, tolle Terrasse zum chillen, schöner Pool zum abkühlen, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Kaffee und Getränke, inkl leckeren cocktails, sind ganztägig zu haben. Nicht zu vergessen ein super Start in den Tag dank eines vielfältigen Frühstücksbuffets und leckerem Kaffee. Das Haus ist nicht zu groß. War mir in Corona Zeiten sehr angenehm. Great location, great house, bright, modern rooms with balconies, great terrace to chill out, nice pool to cool off, very friendly and uncomplicated hosts. Coffee and drinks, including delicious cocktails, are available all day. Not to forget a great start to the day thanks to a varied breakfast buffet and delicious coffee. The house is not too big. I was very comfortable in Corona times.
