C	Conni Mauritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Schlimmste was ich seit langem erlebt habe. Keinen einzigen der 4 Sterne verdient. Die Zimmer riechen muffelig und sind schmutzig. Im Badezimmer schimmeln die Fugen und der Teppich im gesamten Zimmer hat etliche Flecken. Der Seminarraum ist kalt. Das Essen besteht aus Fertiggerichten und wird lieblos auf die Teller gepapt. Das ganze Hotel riecht alt und modrig. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und absolut überfordert mit Allem. The worst thing I've experienced in a long time. Not a single one of the 4 stars deserves. The rooms smell muffelig and are dirty. The joints in the bathroom are moldy and the carpet throughout the room has a lot of stains. The seminar room is cold. The food consists of ready meals and is carelessly patted on the plates. The whole hotel smells old and musty. The staff is unfriendly and totally overwhelmed with everything.
K	Karl Greiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Zimmer war sauber, aber das Bad eine einzige Baustelle, der Duschkopf so verkalkt das nur der halbe Duschkopf funktioniert hat (so was verstehe ich nicht, so ein Plastikduschkopf kostet €10,-- , unbegreiflich) der Duschschlauch kaputt, das das Wasser nur so rumspritzt, der Abfluss total schimmelig und die Dichtungen an der Duschtüre hängen weg, sehr ekelig im ganzen. Unbedingt schauen das man ein Zimmer zum Hof raus kriegt, vorne raus ist an schlafen nicht zu denken, bei offenen Fenster (im Sommer erstickt man sonst) hat man das Gefühl das alle zwei Minuten ein Auto oder Motorrad durchs Zimmer fährt, Frühstücksbuffet zwar frisch, aber die Auswahl unter jeder Kritik, kein Ei, nur Dosenobst, kein Wasser, wenig Auswahl. Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Standard The room was clean, but the bathroom a single construction site, the shower head so calcified only half the shower head has worked (I do not understand, so a plastic shower head costs € 10, -, incomprehensible) the shower hose broken, the water only so rumspritzt, the drain totally moldy and the seals on the shower door hang away, very disgusting in the whole. Be sure to get a room to get to the courtyard, front is not to sleep thinking, with open windows (in summer you stifle otherwise) you have the feeling that every two minutes a car or motorbike drives through the room, breakfast buffet fresh, but the selection under any criticism, no egg, only canned fruit, no water, little choice. Definitely not a 4 star standard
M	Maximilian Krammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beruflich musste ich jetzt zum dritten Mal hier absteigen und bin mit meinen Kollegen bereits in der ersten Nacht wieder ausgezogen, besser gesagt geflohen... Beim Betreten des Zimmers/Kellerlochs bemerkt man gleich den muffigen Geruch der Jahrzehnte, im Bad liefen Wasserhahn und WC-Spülung, der antike Duschkopf tropfte vor sich hin... Im Kleiderschrank stand eine leere Wodkaflasche neben einem zerknüllten Kissen. Als ich mich auf das Bett setzte, begrüßten mich zwei Flöhe... Der Besitzer forderte nach meinem Auszug trotzdem sein Geld..! Aus Erfahrung der letzten beiden Aufenthalte kann ich berichten, dass der Preis für das liebloseste Frühstücksbüffet zweifellos an dieses „Hotel“ geht! Professionally, I had to go down here for the third time and left with my colleagues the first night, better said to have fled ... Upon entering the room / cellar you immediately notice the musty smell of the decades, in the bathroom ran faucet and toilet. Flushing, the antique shower head dripped ... In the closet stood an empty vodka bottle next to a crumpled pillow. As I sat down on the bed, greeted me two fleas ... The owner demanded my withdrawal anyway his money ..! From experience of the last two stays I can report that the price for the loveliest breakfast buffet undoubtedly goes to this "hotel"!
F	Friedemann Jörns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal war recht freundlich, das Zimmer altmodisch, hellhörig und muffig, aber sauber und recht geräumig. Das Bad gehört renoviert und mit neuen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Es fehlt WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat nur Hostelniveau - kein Ei, Obstsalat aus der Dose etc. Über das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann ich nichts sagen, da das Zimmer für mich gebucht wurde, aber die vier Sterne sind auf keinen Fall angemessen. Positiv ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stift zu bewerten. The staff was quite friendly, the room old fashioned, noisy and musty, but clean and quite spacious. The bathroom is renovated and equipped with new towels. It lacks Wi-Fi in the room. The breakfast buffet has only hostel level - no egg, fruit salad from the tin etc. About the value for money I can not say anything, since the room was booked for me, but the four stars are definitely not appropriate. Positive is the location in the immediate vicinity of the pen.

B	Bernhard Sackl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja ??Die Zimmern waren sauber aber leider nicht mehr auf dem neuesten stand. Es hat einen leicht muffigen Geruch. Das Bad gehört auch mal erneuert. Das Frühstück ist okay aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Dafür ist aber das Essen gut und das Personal freundlich. Well ??The rooms were clean but unfortunately not up to date. It has a slightly musty smell. The bathroom is also renewed. The breakfast is okay but nothing out of the ordinary. But the food is good and the staff friendly.

So etwas erlebt man (Gott sei Dank) sehr selten. Das Orgelkonzert in der Basilika sowie die Stiftsführung waren umso professioneller und haben von diesem Gäste-Umgang positiv abgelenkt. Liest man die bisherigen Rezensionen von dieser Lokalität bestätigt sich einiges. Es ist offensichtlich, dass dieser Betrieb auf Autobusgruppen reflektiert, was ja auch in Ordnung wäre - aber dann sollte man offiziell und ohne Aggression kundtun, dass an Einzelgästen mit kleinen Bestellungen, wie zb einem Käsetoast, kein Interesse besteht. Unfortunately, the charm in dealing with restaurant guests can be equated with a winter hike through Chernobyl; without shoes. You rarely experience something like this (thank God). The organ concert in the basilica as well as the guided tour of the monastery were all the more professional and positively distracted from these guests. If you read the previous reviews of this locality, some things are confirmed. It is obvious that this operation reflects on bus groups, which would be fine - but then you should announce officially and without aggression that there is no interest in individual guests with small orders, such as a cheese toast.
