J	Jasmine Auer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind schon seit 5 Jahren Gäste in diesem Hotel, und jedes Jahr wieder merken wir, dass es eine gute Wahl war/ist. Zimmer sind mit Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick. Es gibt auf 2 Etagen eine Parkgarage, wo man das Auto sicher abstellen kann. Essen ist sehr gut, auf Sonderwünsche wird komplikationslos eingegangen. Eigentlich wird so gut wie jeder Wunsch, sofern möglich, realisiert. Das Personal ist herzlich, mitdenkend (z.B. im Vorfeld ein Anruf, ob wir an einer Veranstaltung teilnehmen wollen, denn das Hotel würde dann für uns Karten besorgen..,..), - sprich, man fühlt sich wohl und gut aufgehoben. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus vom Hotel, den man kostenlos mit der Kärnten-Card nutzen kann. Sowieso soll man sich die Kärnten-Card gut anschauen, sind tolle Sachen dabei (Gondel....). Wir können das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen und werden sicherlich auch wieder hinfahren. We have been guests at this hotel for 5 years, and every year we notice that it was / is a good choice. Rooms have a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a parking garage on 2 floors where you can safely park your car. Food is very good, special requests are dealt with without complications. As a matter of fact, almost every wish is realized, if possible. The staff is warm and thoughtful (e.g. a call in advance whether we want to take part in an event, because the hotel would then get tickets for us .., ..) - in other words, you feel comfortable and in good hands. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel that can be used free of charge with the Kärnten Card. Anyway, you should take a good look at the Kärnten Card, there are great things included (gondola ...). We can recommend the hotel at any time and will certainly go there again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! The hotel, the food and the staff are just great. The friendliness of the entire team is worthy of praise. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!
f	faloris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 Sterne vergeben. Ich war zu Weihnachten beim Hotel Felsenhof. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich wohl gefühlt. Sowohl die Mitarbeiter als auch die Familie Lercher tun alles damit der Aufenthalt perfekt wird. Die Zimmern sind wunderschön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Gala Dinner war hervorragend. Das Hotel Felsenhof kann ich nur jeden empfehlen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Graz. :-) If I could I would give 6 stars. I stayed at Hotel Felsenhof for Christmas. From the first moment I felt comfortable. Both the employees and the Lercher family do everything to ensure that your stay is perfect. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet and the gala dinner were excellent. I can only recommend Hotel Felsenhof to everyone. I would love to come back. Greetings from Graz. :-)

Vom Kellner bis zum Chef sind alle sehr bemüht, dass man sich hier "Willkommen" fühlt. Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder. Martina M. I had booked for this weekend. Very friendly staff. Excellent cuisine and a very cozy hotel. From the waiter to the boss, everyone tries very hard to make you feel "welcome". C	Christian Marek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel was ok for Austrian standard's one gets the feeling they are trying to cut cost, no fresh juice, advertised manikure not available as they did not have anybody employed. Food again was good but did not blow us away. Bad Kleinkirchheim itself great.

From breakfast to dinner: You cannot get enough! It's just delicious! Fresh juice has also been offered lately Just a perfect hotel to relax. If you want to explore Carinthia the hotel helps you out a lot with daily Felsenhof News. The only problem that arises is that WIFI does not reach into the hotel rooms (at least not into some of them). However, if you are here to enjoy the calm and relaxing atmosphere you won't bother to look into your phones anyway. I've already enjoyed the hospitality of Hotel Felsenhof for three times and I loved every second of my stay.
