★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were very spacious, clean and of relative quality - expected this as a 4 star accommodation in Austria is always up on par. Personell felt distant and uninterested, this was reflected by both - reception and restaurant. Restaurant staff ignored to service me on my only visit over there. The breakfast is good to average - but has by far the nicest staff members. This could be a good choice if the personnel would find their spark again, and wouldn't just judge visitors by what they are wearing (yes I have heard you!)
