★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is at best mediocre if you speak German. Otherwise, you’ll be struggling to communicate basic concepts in English. They wanted to charge me for 4 bottles of Prosecco when I only had 4 glasses, later this was resolved as a mistake from one of the waitress. When I was 5 minutes late to my 85 minute massage I was told I would only be able to take a 45minute massage, I guess it’s hotel policy which seems binary and nonsensical from a consumer & business economics perspective. Overall, if you’re not a white German speaking guest you will probably be treated poorly. Also, the pool area is much smaller than the online photos make it out to be and worn out. There were no pool towels and it kinda all looked like a mess. They must be trying to save money by cutting corners.

Long Waits
Discriminatory attitude
A certain member of staff tall slim with dark hair with a small bold patch on the crown of his head needs to go to keep there business afloat. if you go to this place and he serves and your English prepare for long waits terrible attitude and rude snappy behaviour don’t ask for a sparking water with lime as well he will storm off ignore you and wont give it to you.
We had to ask for hour food twice didn’t get our food for 2 hours
Been skiing in Maria alm for years really let the good people of this town down

Even your personal ski locker, with heater for the shoes. The wellness centre is top!
