Z	Zakrok09 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel. The rooms are fantastic! The restaurant have enourmos TV, we had a great time watching the world cup. There is even a safe in the shelfs! And maybe the best part is the beds - the pillow are so soft that I though I was on water! I had Unbelievable experience here, great choice for hotel!
A	Alessio Mrzt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here twice from a work trip. I really like the rooms and their cleanness. The only thing that annoy me is their small parking. I've never parked inside but near the hotel there are some streets where you can leave your car for the night. I tried also the restaurant and i really like their local kitchen and beers.
T	Terri T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very conveniently located hotel about 15 mins walk away from the city center. Rooms were very clean and modern — lots of storage space in the bedroom and bathroom. The pillows were very soft and flat, but the duvet was perfectly warm. Breakfast is served starting at 7. Food options are not very varied: breads, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal and hard boiled and scrambled eggs. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. As I visited in December, a free ski shuttle is available upon request at the front desk. The shuttle arrived at 7:45 and reached the slopes in one hour. The shuttle is also available when the slopes close. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Innsbruck!
F	Finn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this place enough. It's really well priced, especially for Innsbruck, and quite a comfortable European hotel. It's about a 20 minute walk from the train station and the same to get to the old city. A restaurant and bar are also in the building. If you want to try some Austrian beer and Austrian, as well as Tiroler, wine i can definitely recommend this place as well. The owner is also very friendly, and I had a great time talking with him as well.

The room had scratched walls and one of them has a piece of the corner missing The curtains were stained and dirty and they overlooked the fire escape and the huge AC units which can be loud. The food in the restaurant was not the best, ordered the wiener schnitzel with fries, it was unseasoned properly and it lacked flavour. Pros Free parking in the hotel's parking depending on availability. It has only about 10 or 12 spots. The bathroom has a nice layout.
K	Kateriana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Cozy. Convenient. 20 min walk to the city center and 10 min to the cable car to reach the top of Innsbruck. The Hotel was renovated so everything looked very fresh. There were some small things that were missing such as second pillow, second set of glasses. We stayed just two nights though so did not much bother. Breakfast buffet did not have big variety of warm food but still tasty and sufficient for me. It was served 7:00-9:30. Parking lot was in the back yard and had about 5-6 places so it was quite limited. I think they also had some additional places next to the restaurant but i am not sure. If you want to get a place you should come before 16:00. Street parking was 8 -9 EUR per day and free between 19:00-09:00. Facilities were as per description with quite efficient air conditioner. They had a restaurant and a bar which were open in August; kitchen until 21:00 and bar until 23:00. Did not have chance to try restaurant but one local guy recommended it to us saying they serve good local food. Overall highly recommend this place!
