★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very friensdly and heplfull staff, great breakfast and restaurant area, nice balcony, comfortable beds, good value for money. Negative: Not really don't like, but simply some things that can be better. - Main towels due for replacement (bit thin due to wear) - Fixed handsoap dispenser at sink in bathroom - Welcome drink like water and glasses in the room, or like a tea or coffee, is many times highly appreciates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location was good being close enough to walk to centre easily. The family running the hotel are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The dining room opens at 6.3O am which is extraordinarily early byany standards, the stand and variety of food offered for breakfast is excellent. Even by the usually good Austrian standards, the standards here are very high and I cam heartily recommend it - this is my second stay and I hope to return.. Negative: Frankly I am not sure things could be much better as it is a very good hotel - Perhaps more soap in the bathroom but not all Austrian hotels now supply soap and shampoo and a sachet of shampoo was supplied. I cant say there was anything I actually disliked !.
