M	Marco Stevens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad for the price, but the food is really cheap, the best was the 2 buffets we got for the main course, breakfast is also not the best, mainly old bread and orange & applejuice is made with syrup & water... then at the last day you have to check out at 9 in the morning(all other hotels in the world are usually between 10&11 and the cleaning lady just comes in your room without knocking... The staff doesn't seem to be very motivated either, that's probably due a bad boss...
R	Roxallane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for three star hotel. Food is really okay and the owner and his wife are very helpful. The only thing is the sound isolation of the rooms is not perfect, but again, it’s not a party hotel.

C	Clive Burgess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and so was dinner. There is a small bar downstairs which is ok priced. Ski room can get cramped when it's busy. 10 mins walk to Hinterglemm and 20 mins walk to Saalbach. Rooms were large and clean. Cash only hotel but so is a lot of Saalbach.

The food was OK, but you shouldn't expect too much (perfect fuel for a day of skiing). Twice there was a party in another room and with just one call to the reception, the owner of the hotel immediately took action (thanks again!). In general the staff was nice and professional. There is a spa which is nice and quiet. Just a lovely place to relax after a day of intense mountain fun. I'll give a 4 star because of the disturbances of other people whom were partying (not the fault of the hotel) and the facts that the hotel is directly on the side of a main road. I recommend this hotel to others and I'm also coming back myself.
m	marcel b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No stars for this one, but the review site makes you give at least one. Well, they don't deserve that. Food is often poor, and that is at best. Often not enough (day skiing makes hungry) food. Rooms are decent size but bathrooms in older part are terrible. Staff is unfriendly, management is uncooperative and only looking for that last penny. Does not make you feel welcome, does not make you a return guest, but does make for lots of bad reviews. Here is one of those.
T	Teodora Parfenie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - I had my skis stolen from the locker I made sure I locked in the evening and owner and staff accused me of being drunk instead of being helpful in any way. Also shouted at me for going to the police on this case - I have booked the hotel via a booking app and paid in full before arrival. There was no mention of the latest time to check in but was almost denied check-in arriving at 8pm which is hardly late and I waited 30’ for a person to assist - They shouted also for bothering them to check out at 7:45 when my bus was at 7:52 - None of the staff speaks English - No toiletries in the bathroom. For soap must ask reception (which was closed by the time I went to shower)
S	Sven Verstrepen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel the first week of 2022 (booked via Kriski in Belgium). Overall a nice experience. Free car parking and ski bus in front of the hotel. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The street traffic in front can be quite busy but we stayed at the back of the hotel so we had no noise complaints at all. The owner and staff are friendly and efficient. Nice breakfast and good variation of evening buffets with a creative touch. The spa is awesome and worthy of a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for a down to earth place with good price/quality, we recommend this hotel.
