E	Elisabeth Matouschek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist aufgrund von Corona dieses Jahr komplett neu gewesen aber jeder Einzelne war so bemüht und freundlich, habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Weiters war das Essen wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Fleisch und Fisch war ein Traum. Für mich wurde vegan gekocht (es gab noch 1 Vegetarierin und 1 Nussallergiker) - und hier wirklich auch jeden Tag 4 Gänge, liebevoll dekoriert und gekonnt abgeschmeckt. Die Chefin war jeden Tag vor Ort beim Abendessen und wirklich bemüht, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Hotel ist somit wirklich sehr zu empfehlen - eben auch für Veganer, Vegetarier als auch Allergiker. (Andere Hotels konnten bzw. wollten sich dem nicht annehmen am Arlberg, darum noch einmal ein Lob weil wirklich sehr gut gekocht wurde) Due to Corona, the staff was completely new this year, but every single one was so hard-working and friendly, I have never experienced anything like it. Furthermore, the food was really exceptionally good. Meat and fish was a dream. For me they cooked vegan (there was 1 vegetarian and 1 nut allergy sufferer) - and here really 4 courses every day, lovingly decorated and skilfully seasoned. The boss was there every day at dinner and really tried to fulfill every wish. The hotel is therefore really highly recommended - also for vegans, vegetarians and allergy sufferers. (Other hotels could not or did not want to accept this on the Arlberg, so once again praise because the food was really good)

And they took the time and effort to make our visit special with children- including toys and stories in the room, providing floaties for the pool and a children's room to play in. A true 10 out of 10 for our family. We'll definitely be coming back!

Amazing gourmet food every night and extensive breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Access to a vast ski area. Highly recommended.
