Nach der Zusendung der Rechnung war allerdings nicht Kreditkartenzahlung sondern nur PayPal Zahlung möglich. Ich nahm Diesbezüglich kontakt auf. Am Telefon war der Herr "Sehr" freundlich. Nachdem ich gemeint habe "es wäre nett und hilfreich, wenn auf Ihre Webseite stehen würde dass die Zalungsart Kreditkarte nur über PayPal geht", kam die Artwort: "jo werma mochn" mit einem verarschendem Ton. Wenn es schon bei Neukunden so anfängt.... Engineering office: After the payment methods: bank transfer or credit card were on the website, I ordered a domain + hosting. After sending the invoice, however, it was not possible to pay by credit card but only PayPal. I contacted them regarding this. On the phone the gentleman was "very" friendly. After I said "it would be nice and helpful if it was on your website that the payment method credit card is only via PayPal", came the catchword: "jo werma mochn" with an annoying tone. Um so schöner, wenn man von einem Anbieter (ich nenne keine Namen) dessen Support viel Raum nach oben bietet, zu einem anderen wechselt, dessen Support einfach funktioniert. Keine Endloswarteschleifen, technisch 1A geschultes Personal das jedes, bisher aufgetretenes Problem in nullkommanichts löst. Anyone who runs a website and has ever been busy moving to a new provider will have made the experience that sometimes it is not that easy to do. All the nicer when you switch from one provider (I don't name any names) whose support offers a lot of space upwards to another whose support simply works. No endless queues, technically 1A trained staff that solves every problem that has occurred so far in no time at all.

Wenn man außerhalb der Arbeitszeit schreibt (und es kein Notfall ist), hat man Sie gleich am nächsten Tag in der Früh. Benutzeroberfläche ist echt einfach zu bedienen. Preis/Leistung, nicht wirklich viel teurer als andere, sogar günstig wenn man die Domain und Webspace bestellt. Support is also available on Sunday and gave me a solution with 1-2 answers. If you were in the chat, an answer comes in seconds. If you write outside of work hours (and it's not an emergency), you'll have it first thing in the morning. User interface is really easy to use. Value for money, not really that much more expensive than others, even cheap if you order the domain and web space.
