Leider bringt Herr Hinrichs wenig Geduld auf, wenn es darum geht einer Kundin den Einstellvorgang des Hörgerätes zu erklären. Er hat in äußerst cholerischer Art und Weise lautstark erklärt er wäre hier der Fachmann und die 83 jährige Dame rausgeschmissen. Choleric specialist. Detailed and technically competent advice.
