Macht süchtig nach mehr. Everything is just right here. One of the best restaurants in Vorarlberg in terms of taste, service with heart, great ambience. Not for nothing fully booked weeks in advance. Addicts more.

Ich war mit meinem Partner hier und wir nahmen das 3-Gänge-Menü, was schließlich ein Mehrgänge Menü aus Brotvorspeise, Gruß aus der Küche, die richtige Vorspeise - dreierlei, 1 Fischhauptgang und 2 Hauptgänge Fleisch sowie 1 Nachspeisengang aus drei unterschiedlichen Gerichten besteht. Anders als in normalen Gasthäusern, bestellt der Gast die Anzahl der Gänge und es wird regional gekocht (man sagt nur, was man nicht mag) - eine Art Überraschungsmenü. Dementsprechend zwar teuer ~ 70€ für ein 3-Gänge-Menü ohne Getränk, wobei es wirklich ein Genuss ist (sehr lecker). Der Gast geht definitiv nicht hungrig! Wir kommen wieder ??? A pleasure experience. I was here with my partner and we took the 3-course menu, which ended up being a multi-course menu consisting of a bread starter, a greeting from the kitchen, the correct starter - three things, 1 fish main course and 2 meat main courses and 1 dessert course consisting of three different dishes. Unlike in normal inns, the guest orders the number of courses and it is cooked regionally (you only say what you don't like) - a kind of surprise menu. Accordingly, although expensive ~ 70 € for a 3-course menu without a drink, it is really a treat (very tasty). The guest definitely doesn't leave hungry! We'll be back ???

You can choose how many stages the menu should have (2, 3 or 4 stages) but the dishes itselve are a suprise and not declarated in advance. Vegy was also possible. Huge selection of wines. Excellent service and superior dishes.
