Schon nach wenigen Wochen sind sie zerkratzt und das nur durch Vorbeigehen oder einem Abdeckplastik, das durch etwas Wind die ganze Eingangstür zerkratzt hat. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Anthracite doors from Hörmann are absolutely not what I expected in terms of quality. After just a few weeks they are scratched and only by walking past or a covering plastic that has scratched the whole entrance door by a little wind. I am very disappointed.

Frisches Obst und Gemüse zur freien Entnahme, sowie auch Kaffee und Mineralwasser um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Hier wird Service am Kunden wirklich groß geschrieben. Sehr gerne wieder. T	Thomas Reiterer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind mit der Qualität der Tore weitestgehend zufrieden obwohl schon nach 8 Betriebsjahren bei 4 von 7 Toren Teile getauscht werden mussten. Gibt es wieder einmal einen Fehler ist telefonisch so gut wie niemand erreichbar. Am Tonband wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass es aufgrund von Corona zu größeren Wartezeiten kommt. Ich finde es wirklich beschämend für einen großen Konzern wie Hörmann sowas auf die Telefonschleife zu sprechen. Was kann ich aus dieser Ansage implizieren? Etwa, dass die Mitarbeiter auf Kurzarbeit sind und Förderungen kassiert werden damit sich das Unternehmen saniert während ich dringend Support benötige und ihn nicht bekomme? Nach mehrmaligem Anruf habe ich keinen Rückruf erhalten und hing jeweils etwa sechs Minuten in der Schleife bis ich um die Durchwahl gefragt wurde die ich erreichen möchte. (Wenn ich eine Durchwahl erreichen wollte hätte ich bereits durchgewählt) Ich bitte an der Erreichbarkeit zu arbeiten. Besten Dank! After several calls I did not get a callback and hung in the loop for about six minutes until I was asked for the extension I would like to reach.
