G	Gue Ies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Oktober 2018 ist der Wiesmayr Bäcker nun der Honeder. Der Café-Bereich wurde fortgeführt, man kann noch immer auf den ruhigen Marktplatz runterschauen. Doch für Rollstuhlfahrer noch immer ein unerreichbarer Platz, da zuerst zahlreiche Stufen zu erklettern sind bevor man ins Geschäft bzw. Café kommt. Punkteabzug gab es auch bei der Freundlichkeit manchen Bedienungspersonals, welches genervt den Kunden anfaucht wenn man zu lange überlegt. The Wiesmayr baker has been the honeder since October 2018. The café area was continued, you can still look down on the quiet market square. But still an inaccessible place for wheelchair users, as there are numerous steps to climb before you get to the shop or café. Points were also deducted for the friendliness of some of the operating staff, who hissed at customers annoyed if you thought about it for too long.
N	No on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5*** Das Sortiment ist hervorragend. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf Erzeugnissen aus Dinkel Mehl. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Schokoguglhupf. Der ist zum niederknien. Werde immer sehr freundlich bedient von den Damen in St. Georgen! 5 *** The assortment is outstanding. The focus is on products made from spelled flour. M	Manuela Strummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebäck sehr gut,Personal sehr freundlich,doch leider,wenn man 10 mal einkaufen geht ,bekommt man 6 mal nicht das,was man möchte,weil alles ausverkauft oder im Backofen ist(auch gleich in der Früh) da überlegt man sich,ob man nicht gleich woanders einkauft,was sehr schade wär. Pastry very good, staff very friendly, but unfortunately, if you go shopping 10 times, you get 6 times not what you want, because everything is sold out or in the oven (also in the morning) as you think, if you not bought elsewhere, which would be a pity.

Die Auswahl ist unter der Woche sehr umfangreich, am Samstag muss man jedoch wie in den meisten Bäckereien mit geringerer Auswahl rechnen. Durch das Café eignet sich die Honeder Naturbackstube auch zum gemütlichen Plausch mit freunden oder Kollegen. Das Personal ist ländlich freundlich und stehts für kleinere Wünsche offen. I am very satisfied with the offer and the quality. What I do not understand is that there are no whole grain products (according to the seller).

Ebenso um 10.45 die komplette Vitrine ausgeräumt, wir konnten Gottseidank noch 4 stück Gebäck aus einer Kiste ergattern.. Wirklich schade, für so einen renommierte Bäckerei. Zwei Sterne, für die Halbigs gute Qualität des Gebäcks, aber 0 Sterne für service und Kundenfreundlichkeit. At 10.45 on Sunday there is no more breakfast, although it is open until 12.00. Also at 10.45 the complete display case cleared out, thank God we were able to get 4 pieces of pastry out of a box.. Really a shame for such a renowned bakery. Two stars for the Halbigs good quality of the pastries, but 0 stars for service and customer friendliness.
