Q	Qurat-ul-ain Chaudhary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, there is no zero star icon !!! Staff present at store is friendly and that's all you get from Home 24. Highly Disappointed. Cancelled an item after 3months of purchase because God knows when it will be delivered and still some of amount is on hold. Poor Customer services has whatsoever no information regarding exact delivery time of purchased items/ or even if there will be a successful delivery, refunds or returning items, it just costs time. There is no place to file a complaint. The only reply you get" we will convey your message to related department and they will contact you. We suggest you to be patient".!!!!
M	Max H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen to all the bad reviews about the customer service. We ordered a coffee table which arrived damaged. We contacted the company immediately asking for a replacement. After multiple e-mails and one month they sent us a coupon for -15% off our next purchase. As if there's ever going to be a next purchase. Kind of funny and kind of sad. Store is nice and the staff there are friendly.

Partial compensation was offered but still it is not OK to receive 3 defective pieces of furniture in a row. I have ikea tables 10 times cheaper that laster 10 times longer! Definitely recommend getting your furniture elsewhere! The response from the owner makes no sense. They clearly know my order history and related problems. But as their customer service also stopped responding to emails I should not be surprised they pretend they cannot assign this review to any order.

V	Vaida Minelgaite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting period for furniture at least 14weeks. And if they late with another 13 weeks they don’t inform. You need to call. That is also not easy - waiting for someone to answer min 30min. Or even better no answer. You want manager - no manager. You angry - they hand a phone. You ask a furniture from exposition - sorry it’s not possible also, cause then they will need to wait 14 weeks. So unfortunately no furniture and your money for 14 weeks no one cares, you can’t call u can’t complain and no refund in 2 more weeks. Good luck with cheating people. So ,to my point off view, not even one star - it should be zero. But also there is no such choice ?

They came with furniture, didn’t ring the correct intercom number, left. That was a monty ago. Didn’t come back since then. “Appointment issue with the carrier”. Horrible service so far. And the furniture quality isn’t great either. Also, some are very hard to install.

Once I got in contact with them at the store (via phone was impossible) they opened a ticket of a customer issue. Guess what: it has been more than 30 days, so far no response, despite the multiple tentatives vía e-mail, again at the store and again over the phone. This company is a combination of disrespectful customer service employees, negligent production people, poor quality control and incompetent management. I strongly recommend to DON’T buy from them!

The lovely furniture in the showroom drew me in initially, and then the friendly, professional, English-speaking staff helped me buy a bed a sofa and a small hanger unit. The delivery was prompt on the day we arranged and the flatpack was easy to assemble. Could not be happier. I would (in fact I probably will) go back.
